Hydrostatic thrust bearing has become the core component of large CNC equipment,because of the advantages of low power consumption,long life,stable operation and high accuracy.In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,more and more requirements for machine tool processing accuracy,machining size,processing speed and carrying capacity have been put forward.However,under extreme conditions,the thermal deformation of the hydrostatic rotary table is obvious,because the high temperature rise of the oil film under extreme conditions will lead to the uneven temperature change of the worktable,and then cause the thermal deformation of the worktable.In addition,the convective heat transfer in the static pressure rotary table is different under different extreme conditions,which further leads to the uneven deformation of the worktable.Therefore,it is necessary to study the thermal characteristics of the rotary table in extreme working conditions to improve the machining accuracy.In this paper,The hydrostatic guideway Qiqihar Heavy CNC equipment used by the Limited by Share Ltd as the research object.First,calculated the theoretically of working principle and the relationship between the flow capacity,the load capacity and the oil film thickness of the double rectangular oil cushion structure.Based on the theoretical relationship,a three-dimensional model is established and the meshes of the models are divided.The matching relationship between load and speed is calculated,and the initial conditions are set for numerical simulation.Then the specific analysis of pump power loss and friction power of two kinds of heat production,using heat transfer theory to calculate the heat transfer coefficient of different stage under extreme conditions,the numerical simulation of temperature field and pressure field for body load using ANSYS WORKBENCH integral deformation analysis of the rotary table and the base.Experiments in Qiqihar Heavy CNC equipment Limited by Share Ltd,with a vertical static lathe as the research object,build the level of 0t,12 t,the oil film thickness under different speed,pressure and temperature deformation were made experimental bench.Verifying the accuracy of the simulated data and getting the result.
