Coal resources,for the whole national economic development plays an important role,not only related to the electrical safety are about to national defense,science and technology and other fields.Underground in-situ directly affect the safety of the coal mine production safety,hydraulic prop roof pressure is too big or too small will endanger the safety of the coal mining.So in this paper,the individual hydraulic prop internal pressure testing devicePaper focused on the pressure of the hydraulic prop for the coal mine monitoring the actual requirements,design a kind of individual hydraulic prop based on wireless sensor network(WSN)internal pressure monitoring devices.The device includes MCU system based on embedded technology and ZigBee wireless sensor network part,will receive the pressure value of individual hydraulic prop by ZigBee wireless sensor network transmission to the superior nodes,and implement for real-time monitoring of the pressure of the hydraulic prop are numericalFirst of all,the paper analyzing the characteristics of the variety of pressure sensor select the applicability,ensure individual hydraulic prop internal pressure test system,the accuracy of the information collection and pressure to customize a PC10 type pressure sensor;Second to carried on the thorough study and research of wireless sensor network,this paper introduces the technology features,principle and ZigBee network protocol stack specification,identified as a communication system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network;Then,the design of SCM system based on SH79F166 circuit,the system can realize the pressure signal amplification filter,alarm,display,transmit data,and other functions,and design the hardware circuit based on CC2530 chip to realize communication function.Through the actual circuit,completed the human-computer interaction,SH79F166 MCU A/D conversion module,wireless sending and receiving node ZigBee software design;Finally,in the hydraulic prop production workshop set up temporary test environment,test equipment of pressure wireless node measurement accuracy test,the power consumption of the device runs test and compression of hydraulic prop real-time display test.Test results show that the device can meet the real-time and reliability of the individual hydraulic prop data acquisition,low energy consumption,can reduce the incidence of accidents,and actually used for mine safety in production.
