The heat value of gas system integration of the instrument consists of a sample gas treatment system,a gas analysis instrument,an analytical instrument protection equipment,and an auxiliary facility,which focuses on continuous sampling treatment system techniques of transmitting sample gas rapidly into analysis instrument.At present,on-line analysis system has been applied on site in a wide scope,while the final effect is over standard.The main problem is complex and changeable working conditions in the field have higher requirements for the instrument system integration technology.Because of the bad environment,mixed gas with volume dust and pollutant of tar and nai,the calorific value analyzer and sample gas process system of measuring mixed gas calorific value makes the instrument some problems in system integration,such as complex system,a great deal of maintenance,large gas consumption,long response time and failures on detecting the content of sample gas,which unsolved completely.The problems has caused interference and huge loss to the renewable utilization of resources and the recycling economy.Therefore,the paper studies the existing problems of the on-line gas calorific value in on-line analysis instrument system,and the specific research contents are as follows:(1)The gas content in the pipeline is high.The gas contains SO2,CO2 and other components.It can produce acidic substances dissolved in water and corrode the pipeline,which will bring safety risks in long-term operation,and the high content of moisture will affect the accuracy of the calorimeter.In this paper,the drainage principle of SiC material is used to design an efficient defrosting separator for water removal device.Its structure includes 6 parts: connecting seat,connecting pipe,gland,sealing washer,large cylinder and upper body.After 4 months long-time running,the effect of water is good and the heat value meter runs smoothly without big interference.(2)The gas content of the gas in the pipe is high,which will greatly reduce the analysis efficiency of the calorimeter and harm the operation of the instrument.In this paper,it designed efficient water cooler in cooling water flow of the internal structure of spiral pipe,which make heat exchange of water and mixed gas from pipelines.The water spread in the device,and its temperature is low while the gas temperature is higher.From the interaction of water and mixed gas,the water temperature gradually increased,and the mixed gas temperature gradually decreased,thus,with its mass,it reflow the dust,condensate,and contaminants from the sample gas pipe and the probe tube in top-down to the gas pipeline.The efficient water cooler's structure consists of 5 parts: the lower seat body,the hole plate,the heat insulation sleeve,the screw and the heat exchanger.By the application of the project site for 4 months,precipitator equipment proved that the device can remove the dust in the gas and improve the analysis efficiency of the calorimeter.(3)In order to solve the problem of gradually gathering tar and naphthalene in the gas heat analysis sample gas treatment system,the high temperature vapor cycle gas path is designed in this paper.It samples by steam jet pump,using steam as the driving force,and draws gas.The vapor vaporize tar,naphthalene and other pollutants to separate pollutants and other treatment.It sets the periodic opening and closing of the solenoid valve,when the solenoid valve is closed,the vapor blow probe tube of steam back and pollutants into a gas pipe after vaporizing the pollutants.During the field application,the heat value meter runs normally,so the high temperature vapor road is designed successfully.(4)Aiming at the resonance problem caused by the insertion position of the sampling probe in the sample gas processing system.The paper analyze and calculate the position and length of the probe,in a gas pipeline,it samples from well-adjusted turbulent sites to ensure that samples are truly.Unless there is turbulence,or gas mixture is not easy to achieve complete mixing;at the same time,the fluid flows through a sampling probe perpendicular to the flow.Resonance occurs after the natural frequency of the probe equals the frequency of vortex separation,which caused damage to the sampling probe and affected the extraction of the sample gas.The paper calculate the probe length in 464 mm,in four months of long running,the sampling probe is stabilized and output fast.Measurement component is very representative without resonance problem.By theoretical analysis of the location and length of the sampling probe and practical application of project site,it's proved that the probe avoids resonance problems and its very representative.(5)In the spirit of modularization,miniaturization and structure,it designs an integrated structure for dewatering,dedusting and high temperature steam gas paths,gas heat value analysis in sample gas treatment system,and the appropriate gas flow chart is designed to integrate the sample gas treatment system with the calorimeter.Experimental research is carried out on the complete set of gas calorific value online analysis system designed,which explores the air tightness and repeatability of the gas path and the delay time of sample delivery.Based on field data,the maximum loss rate of airtight system is 0.02%,the deviation of repeatability calculation is 0.1%,and the delay time of the sample transmission is 39 s.These meet the requirements of the industry standard,and then make the field test of the calorimeter system.After four months of engineering practice,the measured value is in accordance with the actual value and more accuracy.According to the concept of national key project orientation,development of a new online analysis system of gas calorific value and alternative imports achieved in the field of industrial waste gas,such as blast furnace gas,which can provide reliable guarantee for energy saving and emission reduction in industrial production.
