The production and transportation of dangerous chemicals is instantly increasing in China.In the field,which brings much accident potential and security risk.Particularly,there is still no effective method to reduce the occurrence of large-scale major accidents,which imperils people's life and property.However,in the mapping emergency rescue field,the demand of the emergency mapping is not well excavated.The mapping content and mapping rules are mainly depending on the subjective experience.In addition,qualities of the employees are varying,which leads to the consequence that the emergency mapping technology cannot well serve the emergency rescue of the dangerous chemicals transportation.Thus,in this thesis,the study combines regional disaster system theory,regulations of accident emergency and the cartography.The author analyze the intrinsic structure and descriptive methods of dangerous chemical transportation accidents systematically,deeply probe the mapping demand in emergency rescuing work of dangerous chemical transportation accidents.Then,the author conclude the specialized mapping rule in dangerous chemical transportation accidents,build models and represent it formally to make emergency mapping better serve the emergency rescue.There are mainly two parts in this thesis:On one hand,the author designs the model of accident scenario in three layers and eight groups.Primarily,the intrinsic structure and descriptive methods of dangerous chemical transportation accidents are analyzed from the perspective of regional disaster system theory;then,the mapping demands are deeply excavated based on the regulation of dangerous chemicals management and transportation and contingency plans in nation level,province level and city level;lastly,the mapping rules for dangerous chemical transportation accidents are designed based on the knowledge of map making technology and mainstream mapping making software.On the other hand,the author represents the models formally with the web ontology language.Primarily,the author researches on the steps of the ontology model construction;then,the gene structure and relevance structure are defined based on the genes and relevance of the model;after that,the author instantiates the ontology based on the different phrases of the emergency as well as build,formally represent and restore them in ontology construction tools;lastly,in the ontology analytic programs,the author realizes the index query process from the case to the emergency and then to the mapping rules.
