China is the largest producer and consumer of wood door in the world,with the rapid pace of modern life and the huge pressure,people begin to advocate the original simplicity and the pursuit of the nature,the solid wood door become the representative of personalized decoration which is now widely popular.There are many manufacturing procedures of solid wood door,and its sanding quality is directly related to the door's quality and aesthetic level,however,through domestic and international comparison.China's traditional sanding ways such as manual sanding.wide-band sander sanding,special-shaped sander sanding,although they could finish sanding task,but each sanding way has certain deficiencies,and the degree of automation is low.Those are all restrict the development of the solid wood door industry.Therefore,in order to meet the increasing consumption demand of the solid wood door,it is urgent to develop a new high efficiency and high quality sander.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing solid wood door's sander were compared and analyzed,and then analyzed the solid wood door's sanding process,and through the analysis of the types and working principle of sanding machine,the overall layout of solid wood doors with different sanding modes was determined,and then completed the plan design of sander;as an example,the mathematic model of sanding force and load which produced in the process of sanding by transverse sanding component were established,and the stress and load were analyzed,as a theoretical basis,the type selection of driving motor was chosen,and then completed the design of transverse and longitudinal components of sander;finally according to the transportation characteristics of solid wood door sanding process,the friction force and the load inertia of the transporting were analyzed and calculated.,completed the design of the transmission component;thus completed the structure design of solid wood door sander.On the basis of sanding force and load's analysis and calculation in the process of sanding,static analysis the connecting frame of the transverse sanding componen,to obtain the corresponding stress,strain and deformation cloud diagram,the strength and stiffness were checked and optimized;through modal analysis,the first four order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the connecting frame were obtained,to test the vibration stability of transverse sanding component sanding process,verified the rationality of the structure,provided the direction and basis for the design of other important parts of solid wood door sander.The sander PLC control system of the solid wood door was designed,completed control system functional requirements analysis,electrical principle diagram designed,hardware selection and designed of the touch screen,as an example,the process of sanding upper beam control was introduced,this control system can complete the operation control of the whole machine and realize the automatic processing of the equipment.The solid wood door CNC sander in this paper changes the disadvantages of the traditional single mode of sanding,different sanding ways are used for different positions of solid wood doors,and at the same time,the structure of the upper and lower symmetry arrangement were adopted,and the advanced PLC system was used for intelligent control,realized the solid wood door's automatic sanding,it not only satisfies the demand of sanding efficiency,but also has high sanding quality,providing a new idea for the innovative design of woodworking machinery in china.
