The solid wood door is becoming more and more popular because of its clear wood texture,elegant and beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion and anti-deformation performance.The sanding process is an important part to improve the surface quality of the solid wood door,and it has a direct influence on the decorative effect of the solid wood door surface.Therefore,it is very important for the surface sanding of the wooden door parts.However,due to the limited economic strength of domestic small and medium-sized solid wood door enterprises,it is generally used to sand the components of the wooden door separately,and then assemble them.This method is easy to damage the surface of the well-sanded solid wood door during the assembly process,and the quality of the sanding is not guaranteed.The purpose of this paper is to design a device for sanding the double-ended vertical sill of the assembled solid wood door,which can finish the sanding process on the upper surface,the lower surface and the side surface of the solid wood door in order to improve solid wood door sanding efficiency.In this paper,through the analysis of the traditional solid wood door processing technology,the processing flow of the solid wood door vertical double-end sander is determined.Determine the overall layout of the sander by determining the sanding method of each surface of the solid wood door at both ends.The design is composed of a fixed-end sanding assembly,a moving end sanding assembly and a base assembly.Structural design and selection of parts for the side surface sanding assembly,the upper and lower surface sanding assembly,the conveying assembly,the lateral positioning assembly,the upper positioning assembly,and the like.Static analysis of the fixed end mounting frame and the moving end mounting frame of the solid wood door vertical double-end sander is carried out using finite element analysis software.Through the analysis of the results of stress,strain and total deformation cloud diagram,the strength,stiffness and maximum deformation of the two sets of frames are checked,and the structural deformation of the two groups with large deformation trend is improved,and the reliability of the design is enhanced.The PLC control system of the solid wood door vertical double-end sanding machine is designed.The control system hardware of the equipment is selected through the action sequence analysis and electrical demand analysis of the equipment.Design the electrical schematic diagram of the solid wood door vertical double-end sander,touch screen system and PLC program ladder diagram,and use the numerical control system simulation test bench to verify the control program to ensure the control program is reasonable and effective,so that the solid wood door vertical double-end sanding machine realizes control automation.In this paper,the solid wood door vertical double-end sanding machine adopts different processing methods for different processing surfaces,the sanding quality of the solid wood door vertical surface is enhanced.The PLC control system is used to automate the whole machine,improve the processing efficiency,and provide ideas for the improvement of the overall sanding process of solid wood doors.
