With the improvement of people's living standards,various types of wooden doors have gradually increased their proportion in interior decoration.Different types of wooden doors and beautiful pattern carvings have become the representative of people's pursuit of personalized decoration.Among them,the pattern depression and the carved wooden door surface Its simple and beautiful appearance has become the choice of more and more people.The processing of incised carving wooden doors is complicated,which makes the quality of incised carving wooden doors on the market uneven,which seriously affects the degree of beauty.Through comparison of sanding technology at home and abroad,it is found that domestic sanders such as broadband sanders and narrow bands Sanding machines,disc sanders,etc.,as well as manual sanding methods,can complete the sanding of incised carving wooden doors.However,due to the lack of a special incised carving wooden door sander and unreasonable process arrangements,the finished product is defective.Moreover,the sanding machine tools of some enterprises have low automation,which restricts the development of the industry.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a high-efficiency,high-automatic special sanding machine for wood engraved doors to meet market demand.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various types of sanding machines,analyzes and studies the sanding technology of incised carving wooden doors,combines the characteristics of various types of sanding machines,and makes reasonable processing layouts for different sanding requirements of different parts of incised carving wooden doors to complete the entire process.The overall design of the machine;the structure of each module was determined by the analysis of the function of the square module,the side sanding module and the surface sanding module.The cutting force and narrow band were analyzed through the force analysis of the processing parts of the carved wooden door.The analysis and calculation of the grinding force of the sander and the grinding force of the broadband sander are used as the basis for selecting the motors.The analysis and calculation of the friction force are based on the actual conveying characteristics of the special sanding machine for wooden doors.The design of each module's transmission assembly;Finally,the clamping assembly of each part was analyzed and designed,and the design of the special machine tool was completed.Based on the above analysis calculations and static analysis using the frame of the square planing and milling module as an example,the obtained stress,strain,and deformation cloud diagrams were analyzed,and the strength and stiffness were checked,and the frame structure was optimized based on the results;Through modal analysis,the stability of the frame is analyzed according to its natural frequency and vibration mode.According to the actual processing action of the wooden door sander,the PLC control system of the wooden door sander was designed to complete the functional requirement analysis of the control system,electrical schematic design,hardware selection and touch screen design.The control of this action process on the side is taken as an example,and its control flowchart and ladder diagram are briefly introduced.This control system can realize the action control of the whole machine and realize automatic processing of equipment.In this dissertation,the wood door sanding machine for incised carving has solved the lack of sanding machine for incised carving wooden doors on the market.Aiming at the different sanding requirements of different positions of incised carving wooden doors,a modular design is adopted and PLC system control is used to achieve incised carving.The intelligent automation of wooden door sanding can not only meet the sanding requirements of incised carving wooden doors,but also have high sanding quality,high efficiency and high degree of automation,which provides new ideas for the innovative design of woodworking machinery in China.
