The issues of mine ventilation has been existed in each development stage of each mine ever since,whatever from open up to shut down,ventilation issues are closely to the mine.Therefore,Advanced science and technology and management methods are needed both.The essay lists the theoretical basis part of mine ventilation system modification through the study of ventilation network air flow distribution model and Newton-Raphson algorithm.With the basic data of Tongchuan company Xichuan mine and analysis and calculation of the field exploring data,using the TF1M3D-the mine disaster ventilation simulation software which is authorized by professor Li-to simulate the protocol plan of Tongchuan company Xichuan mine ventilation modification on the basis of mine ventilation resistance measurement.Putting forward the best plan,construction procedure and safety measures.The essay analyses and compares both two plans from three aspects of safety and reliability,technical and economical,ensuring plan 2 as Tongchuan company Xichuan mine ventilation modification measures after establishing the new area at last.Solving the question about whether changing ventilator without digging a new shaft to meet production requirement or not from the director of Tongchuan company Xichuan mine.Plan 2 distributes the 1113 working face of 27.04m3/s,2103 working face of 25.62m3/s.No.1 and No.2 fans efficiency of plan 2 are 0.529 and 0.909.Plan 2 combines mining area of 2 and old mining area into a completely independent ventilation system,reducing the returning air route length of mining area of 2,adding a safety exit.Therefore,Tongchuan company Xichuan mine problems of insufficient of the oral fan air pressure and efficiency and low air quantity distribution of new mining area of 2 and unreasonable economy are all solved after the ventilation modification of plan 2.The essay provides theoretical basis and technical supports for the Tongchuan company Xichuan mine ventilation modification project which has observable research significance and application value.
