Talent teams of enterprises are the key to success in competition in 21 st century,and a large number of enterprises focus on human resource which builds core power.Therefore,performance assessment has been a popular topic,which is the core of human resource management.It plays an vital role in modern enterprise management to design and establish the performance assessment mechanism which is scientific,objective and adaptive.Taking the performance appraisal of XK company as the rescarch object,through questionnaire investigation,interview,investigation and implementation,from the organization performance appraisal(i.e.the evaluation team),two aspects of the individual performance assessment of XK company human resources management,especially the relevant content of the company's performance appraisal system of the comprehensive research.The result of questionnaire investigation and interview record analysis,found that there are a series of problems in the performance appraisal system of XK company?In view of the actual operation of employee performance appraisal in XK company,in order to make XK performance evaluation more scientific and systematic,this paper puts forward a general idea of XK company performance appraisal system optimization design.On the basis of a large number of search for academic documents,this paper summarizes the mainstream thought of the theory of enterprise performance assessment,and takes this as a guide to carry out the research.Through research the actual situation of XK company,the current performance appraisal system operation status and assessment results were analyzed,and find out the shortcomings and problems in the framework design and practice in the process of the examination system,then the main idea of OKR performance appraisal theory as a guide,do optimization design of XK company's performance appraisal system.The objectives,principles,subjects and processes were defined,and an index system suited for them was set up.The responsibilities and requirements of the assessment department were defined,and the significance and feedback operation of the examination results were expounded.This research is of great practical significance to the improvement of the performance appraisal system of XK company.
