Research On The Influence Of Team Leader's Safety Leadership On Workers' Safety Behavior

The construction industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy.However,due to the mobility of construction project workers,complex work surfaces,and low management standards,high safety accidents have become a persistent disease that hinders the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry and social harmony.Human factors are the key factors in the frequent occurrence of accidents.Therefore,it is very necessary to study human safety behaviors.Studies have shown that safety leadership can improve the safety behavior of employees.However,there is a lack of research on the influence of the safety leadership of immediate supervisors on the safety leadership of construction workers in the construction field.The study found that the head of the class had an important influence on the behavior of workers.Based on this,this article begins with the study of the influence of team leader safety leadership on worker safety behavior.A theoretical model of the influence of the leader's safety leadership on the safety behavior of workers was constructed.Through combing and analyzing the existing research results,this paper believes that the safety leadership of the team leader can influence the safety behavior of workers through the intermediary variables at the organizational level and the intermediary variables at the individual level.On the basis of combing the research on the team leader's safety leadership,the safety behavior of construction workers,the safety atmosphere of the team,and the worker's psychological capital,through the logical analysis and deduction of the theory of social information processing and the theory of planned behavior,the organizational level was discussed.The safety leadership of the team leader influences the safety behavior of construction workers by using the safety atmosphere of the team as a bridge.At the individual level,team leader safety leadership influences worker safety behavior by promoting worker psychological capital.Based on the above analysis,a preliminary theoretical model for the influence of team leader's safety leadership on worker safety behaviors was constructed,and the relationship between variables was further refined.Research hypotheses and detailed theoretical models were proposed.A theoretical model that validates the influence of the leader's safety leadership on the safety behavior of construction workers.Before conducting empirical analysis,first analyze the applicability of the selected method,and pay attention to the defects of the method,and pay attention to avoidance in the later use.Secondly,based on the literature analysis,the questionnaire was designed.Then,the research objects were determined,the questionnaires were distributed on site,and questionnaires were filled out to collect the data.SPSS 19.0 software was used to test the quality of the questionnaires.Finally,the AMOS 21.0 software was used to conduct empirical research on the theoretical model constructed and evaluated,corrected,and interpreted.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding management strategies based on model path coefficients.The safety atmosphere of the team as an intermediary variable is mainly affected by the safety control behavior of the team leader.Therefore,it is necessary to actively improve the safety control behavior of the team leader.The psychological capital of workers as an intermediary variable is mainly affected by the safety concern behavior of the team leaders,so it is necessary to strengthen the safety-related behavior of the team leader.Actively create a safety atmosphere for the team so as to urge the workers to observe the safety behavior.Improve the psychological capital of workers and promote the safety of workers to participate in actions from other aspects.These countermeasures provide useful insights into the safety management practices in the construction industry.
