Water is the source of life,the foundation of production and the foundation of ecology.Water resource is an important controlling factor in the protection and construction of ecological environment.Ezhou is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,Water resources are relatively abundant,But with the rapid development of society and economy,Population growth,improvement of urbanization level.There is a growing demand for water,the deterioration of water ecological environment and water pollution are becoming more and more serious.This requires that according to the natural property of water resources as soon as possible,combining with the current situation of social and economic development of ezhou and the needs of future planning,scientific and reasonable analysis and prediction of water pollution.Ezhou cityincluding echeng district,huarong district,liangzi lake district and Ge dian,E zhou two economic development zones,Phoenix,gu lou,xishan three direct street offices.The purpose of this study is on the basis of analyzing the current situation of water pollution and source analysis in ezhou city to clarify the law of pollution production in this area,through the changes of pollution sources in ezhou city in recent five years,the law of pollutant migration and transformation and the potential of water environment improvement were predicted and Put forward water pollution control and water environment improvement way.(1)The pollution characteristics of main water bodies in Ezhou in 2015 were studied,the results show that in addition to the Yangtze River,Liangzi Lake and three mountain lakes meet the requirements of water quality functional zoning,other monitoring rivers and lakes are exceeding the standard.COD,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,oil,fluoride are the characteristic pollution factor of water body in ezhou city.Among them,the highest rate is COD,total phosphorus and total nitrogen.Source of drinking water of Yangtze river,liangzi lake,Malone reservoir water quality are fine and rearch the standard of ?level in Environmental qquality standards for surface water(GB3838-2002),water bodies are less polluted.(2)According to the water functional zoning of ezhou city,using the model of river and lake pollutant capacity,calculated the pollution capacity of main water function area in ezhou city,the results show that Liangzi lake,duck lake,sanshan lake,and ezhou section of the Yangtze river have a large capacity of pollution.(3)The amount of pollution sources and the amount of river entering into the planning area are calculated.The results show that the sewage collection rate of industrial and urban sewage in ezhou city is only 89.1%,The Sewage treatment works' capacity of sewage treatment needs to be strengthened,and The reuse of sewage is almost zero.Non-point source pollution,the sewage collection rate is extremely low.Lack of collected pollution reduction measures for farms and cropland.The pollution problem is very serious.Seine phenomenon of aquaculture is still exist,artificial feeding caused a lot of pollution to water pollution.Sludge treatment is not yet mature in 2015 years,there is no sludge treatment plant completed.(4)The changes of pollution sources in Ezhou in recent five years are reviewed,and predict the pollution production quantity and inflow amount of ezhou city in 2020 and 2030 years,based on the forecast of pollution results in the future,the corresponding pollution emission reduction measures are proposed,the key projects including,1)Construction of sewage treatment plants,2)Construction of supporting sewage pipe network,3)No-point pollution source control planning,4)Endogenous pollution source control planning.After the implementation of the plan,the surface water environment quality of ezhou city will meet the water quality requirements.
