Study On The Prevention And Control Effect Of Environmental Publicity And Education On The "Nimby"

With the rapid development of social economy,municipal domestic waste is also increasing.The capacity of municipal domestic waste treatment is also increasingly becoming more and more saturated.However,with the increasing public awareness of environmental protection,waste incineration plant construction and operation of public health and ecological environment on the impact of uncertainty,panic,and even lead to emotional reactions caused by "NIMBY",have a negative impact on social stability.In order to effectively avoid the risk of conflict control led by remedial response is not a permanent solution,more important is to advance prevention and control,and the core of advance prevention and control work is environmental publicity and education.The prevention and control of environmental publicity and education on the effect of NIMBY is positive,according to the treatment of NIMBY effect in Zhejiang province garbage incineration,starting from the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,the research status of the " NIMBY " at home and abroad is reviewed and analyzed in the literature;the research status,causes and Countermeasures of the domestic waste incineration project " NIMBY "is reviewed and analyzed in the literature;and the role of science education in propaganda and education is reviewed and analyzed.Three important elements,"information disclosure","popular science education" arid "public participation" in environmental publicity and education work,are summarized and refined.On this basis,a case study on the combination of "Zhejiang Hangzhou nine peak environmental energy projects",describe the root of the" NIMBY " in the waste incineration project.From the perspective of environmental publicity and education,the causes of the avoidance effect in the waste incineration project are analyzed,and the three important elements are verified.According to the theory of TPB,established the impact of environmental publicity and education on the effect of NIMBY model,established the impact of environmental publicity and education on the effect of NIMBY model,and design a questionnaire for data collection,using SPSS and AMOS software for data reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,draw the conclusion effect of three important elements to avoid the effect of the"NIMBY ":Information disclosure,popular science education and public participation can effectively reduce the effect of the" NIMBY ".Among them,the effect of popular science education is the most significant,information disclosure is second,and public participation is the lowest.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:to strengthen the education of science popularization,to perfect the information disclosure and to strengthen the public participation.
