Ecological Security Situation Of Gansu Provincebased On Emergy Ecological Footprint

Since the industrial revolution in the 20 th century,the advancement of technology and the development of society have brought unprecedented improvements in human life.With the rapid population growth,the demand for society is also increasing.However,a series of negative activities such as the irrational use of natural resources during the course of human development and the over-exploitation of energy have caused unprecedented damage to the ecology and the environment,thereby aggravating the ecological deterioration.Environmental pollution and excessive consumption of resources are not conducive to sustainable development.Therefore,ecological security issues have arisen.Gansu Province is an important hub of ecological construction in western China and an important part of the "two screens and three belts" ecological security strategy.It is also an important node city in the Silk Road Economic Belt.However,Gansu Province is a typical ecologically fragile region with uneven vegetation,wide range of drought,and weak remediation capacity.The study of the ecological security in Gansu Province can be used for the development of ecological civilization in the development of the western region,as an eco-crisis,ecological risk decision makers and management.The provision of quantitative reference basis will promote the construction process of beautiful Gansu and beautiful China.Therefore,the paper calculates the ecological capacity per capita ecological footprint and per capita energy value of GansuProvince from 2006 to 2015 based on the six theoretical indicators of biological productive land types and related energy values such as cultivated land,forest land,water area,grassland,energy,construction,and use the ecological deficit(surplus)and ecological pressure index calculated from the ecological footprint of per capita energy value and per capita energy value,analyze the current status of ecological security in Gansu Province in 2015;use ecological pressure index,10,000 yuan GDP footprint,and diverse ecological footprint Sex and regional development capabilities analyze the temporal characteristics of ecological security in Gansu Province;afterwards,a comprehensive evaluation method is used in combination with GIS map visualization analysis to comprehensively assess the degree of ecological security in the western region of Gansu Province;finally,GM(1,1)The prediction of the ecological security status during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period in Gansu Province.Facing the actual situation of ecological security in Gansu Province,Gansu Province should solve the problems faced by the ecological security from the aspects of reducing ecological footprint,focusing on the cultivation of scientific and technological talents,increasing environmental protection efforts,controlling excessive population growth,and improving relevant laws and regulations.Promote the ecologically safe and healthy development of Gansu Province and promote the sustainable development of Gansu Province.
