The use of locking structure to carry out self-assembled of panel-type furniture has been applied in the international panel-type furniture industry,but it has not yet appeared in China.This kind of connection can make up for the shortage of hardware connection form,and it has no holes and no hardware consumption.It is convenient to disassemble for many times and does not affect the structure and service life.It has become one of the main development directions of the new connection mode of panel-type furniture.This paper takes the self-assembled locking structure of panel-type furniture as the research object.Through the functional analysis and technical prediction of the existing locking structure,it studies the technology,structural characteristics and development trend of the existing locking structure;the 3D scanning technique is used to solve the problem that the existing locking structure is delicate and the detailed structural information is difficult to extract.The influence of different locking structures on the bearing capacity of the components is studied by means of finite element analysis and experimental research.The advantages of the existing locking structure factors are extracted,and based on the advantages of the existing locking structure factors,it studies a new type of self-assembled locking structure and designs the processed molding milling cutter.According to the existing lock structure,starting from the characteristics of the actual structure of the lock,using the method of functional analysis,it studies the functional relationship between the functional components of the lock,and uses the method of patent statistical analysis to predict the technology of the structure of lock.The research shows that the interaction between the functional components of the embedded locking structure is more complex than that of the body locking structure,and the main differences between the various locking structures are the form of the locking structure,the number of the locking mortise groove layers and the installation mode of the locking import.The law of carrying capacity of the existing locking structure is studied,and the dominant factors of the lock structure are extracted.By comparing the results of test and simulation,the feasibility of the finite element method in the analysis of mechanical properties of wooden lock structure is verified.The results show that the thickness and length of the protruding part of the tenon in the locking structure is beneficial to the improvement of the bending resistance.The longer the length of the contact surface between the bottom of the mortise groove and the tenon,the better the bending resistance of the mortise groove,and the failure form of the lock is the structure of the tenon and mortise groove that can be protected.The mechanical performance of the locking structure embedded in the locking structure is better than that of the locking structure of the body,and it is less affected by the structure of the lock itself and greatly affected by the structure of the locking element.In the body locking structure,its performance is greatly affected by the structure of the lock itself,and the results can be expressed by the characteristics of the locking structure,and the determination of the larger arc section shape is more conducive to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the lock.By using the method of function analysis,with the help of the advantages of locking structure and considering the advantages of panel-type furniture and solid wood furniture,three feasible self-assembled locking structure schemes are studied and designed.Through the simulation and analysis of mechanical properties of three kinds of structures,it can be seen that the bonding strength of three kinds of self-assembled locking structures is higher than that of hardware connection structures,and the stress value of the scheme with embedded locking feature is the smallest,which has the advantage of mechanics.In this structure,considering the influence of locking elements on the locking structure,two locking elements are adopted to simplify the tenon structure and the mortise groove structure.The tenon and mortise groove of aself-assembled locking structure are obtained by milling.The design of forming milling cutter is based on the feature of lock profile and blade programme.In this study,the feature of lock profile is analyzed by taking the machining of mortise groove in slotting machine as an example.After design and calculation,the basic parameters of milling cutter are determined,and the structure of milling cutter is designed.
