| As the core business of the tobacco industry,logistics,building,managing,and operating tobacco logistics is the key link and important support for promoting and ensuring the sustained and healthy development of the tobacco industry.Since the concept of lean logistics was promoted,the timeliness of logistics in China has been greatly improved.According to statistics,the average time-to-use index for logistics in 2017 was 121.2 points,which was 6.4 points higher than that of 2016.It can be seen that the effective application of lean logistics theory in the management of tobacco logistics will inevitably bring about a drop in logistics costs and increase the efficiency of logistics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the application of lean logistics in tobacco companies.Therefore,this thesis takes HY Tobacco Company as an example.First of all,this thesis starts from the theory of logistics and lean logistics,and systematically studies lean logistics in a comprehensive way.Second,through the analysis of the current working status of HY Tobacco's current logistics,the current situation is excavated.The problems existing in the logistics management of HY Tobacco Company include basic management,operation mode and process,system construction,informationization level,talent team,etc.Finally,in response to the above issues,this thesis proposes specific measures for implementing lean logistics,and at the same time,in order to ensure With the smooth implementation of lean logistics,this thesis expounds the safeguard measures from three aspects: ideology,theory,organization and culture.Through in-depth exploration of the application of lean logistics in HY Tobacco,it not only improved the management philosophy and level of HY Tobacco's logistics,but also helped HY Tobacco to achieve service improvement,efficiency improvement,and cost reduction;at the same time,it also implemented lean for other companies in the tobacco industry.Logistics management provides a useful reference. |
