With the market competition becomes severer and severer today,China Tobacco faces unprecedented impact and challenge.How to improve the core competence of the tobacco enterprises by enhancing the logistics management and logistics construction,and to build an irreplaceable tobacco logistics system has been an important subject nowadays.The logistics is the third profit source to the companies,and the modern logistics is experiencing the development from basic logistics,integrated logistics to supply chain logistics.To improve the logistics level rapidly and to conform times development by a reasonable planning to logistics layout,the establishment efficient logistics work frame,the optimization and upgrading existing logistics working process,is the working emphasis of tobacco logistics in the future.Trying to provide suggestion of the company's logistics management optimization,this paper provides deeply investigation and finds out several main factors that effects the logistics management.The concept of logistics management is backward.The age of staffs is a little bit old and because of the low level of education they usually have poor learning ability.Logistics cost control is not strict.The construction of logistics information is lagging behind.The supplier evaluation system is imperfect that lacks daily management of logistics-related suppliers.Next,analyzes these factors by Grey Relational Analysis.After analysis,the impact of logistics cost control on logistics management is the most significant,followed by information construction,and again the personnel structure.Based on the results of this analysis,this paper develops a logistics management optimization plan witch based on the actual situation of SL tobacco industry company mainly from the following aspects:implement lean management,adjust the logistics organization structure,improve the present situation of logistics infrastructure,promote logistics informatization and strengthen cost control.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,SL tobacco industrial company should improve the responsibility and set up a leading group and a team of experts.The SL Tobacco company should refine the human resources management system,complete the artificial cost plan,enforce the employers' qualities,improve the human resources management information system,establish reasonable fund budget,and make a strictly and effective implementation,as well as make a real-time supervision to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.
