The cementation line is part of the solid waste disposal system in the nuclear power plant.Its function is to load the waste into 400 L steel drum and seal it to the plant for radioactive solid waste storage.The cementation line mainly deals with all wet solid waste generated by the nuclear power generating unit.It mainly includes waste resin,concentrated liquid and waste filter core.For a long time,cement solidification technology is divided into the internal cement solidification technology and the external cement solidification technology according to the mixing method.The technology in the barrel is characterized by simple process and mature technology,but the filling rate is generally controlled at about 85% due to the volume of the paddle itself and the safety.Pail technology,by contrast,because of the mixing container and curing packaging container separation,mixing process in a separate container,mixing with high efficiency,high filling rate,easy to clean decontamination,etc.The outer barrel technology is gradually replacing the technology of the barrel,and becomes the new development direction of the radioactive waste cement.But the technology of the outside of the barrel has been in a foreign monopoly state,not realizing localization.In this subject,the design and overall arrangement of the cement curing line equipment outside the bucket are designed,and the simulation experiments are carried out in the laboratory,Fangjiashan nuclear power and Hainan nuclear power with various kinds of curing formulas,respectively.The factors which may affect the reliable operation of the external curing and the measures to be dealt with may be analyzed and designed.The optimization and the necessaryexperimental verification,and the comparison of barrel external curing technology with barrel technology,expounds their respective characteristics and the innovation of this research.The cement curing line outside the barrel of this study is based on the scientific research and construction drawing design of the cement solidification line of the solid waste treatment system of the Qinshan Phase II,Fangjiashan,Fuqing,Hainan Nuclear power Units,etc.,and the experimental conditions for several important equipments at the same time.The design optimization and improvement have been successfully applied to the ACP1000 nuclear power unit.With the following innovative and advanced:1)One of the key equipment mixers: through the special shape of the stirring paddle,and with a small gap design in the bottom and the circumferential direction of the mixing barrel body,the mixing efficiency and the curing efficiency of the mixer are improved,and the quick rowing of the materials in the mixer is facilitated.Empty,at the same time,it can crush and crush the agglomerates formed during the agitation process to ensure the homogeneity of the agitation mixing and the quality of the solidified body.The mixer adopts advanced design concepts such as dual motors,manual devices,and remote operation control,making it more advanced in performance,higher in automation,and more secure and reliable in the operation of cement curing lines.2)Compared to the cement curing technology in the barrel,the cement curing technology outside the barrel has a higher curing efficiency and filling rate(up to 95%),which reduces the final volume of the waste bag and avoids the dead zone of the mixing.It has a relatively closed agitated container to avoid radioactive contamination of the surrounding environment during the mixing process.High-pressure flushing water can be used to clean and decontaminate the interior of the mixer,which solves the problem of cleaning the mixer curingcement mixer.3)The waste packaging container adopts a newly designed bolted 400 L steel drum,which effectively solves the problem that when the concrete bucket is used as a waste packaging container,the volume of the solidified body accounts for no more than 50%,reducing the amount of waste barrel and waste disposal cost.
