Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Offclassification And Disposal Of Solid Waste In Nanshan District Of Shenzhen City

With its vast population growth and rapid economic development,China has continuously increased demands for natural resources within and beyond the country.As a result,more and more waste and waste are discharged.The annual quantity of waste generated in China was about 150 million tons in recent years and has resulted in an accumulation of 7 billion tons of urban waste.Shenzhen,one of the four first-tier cities in China,has a large residential population and a high population density,and its waste output reaches 17800 tons per day.However,not all waste is useless,and if we can effectively classify them and make full use of them,they can turn into treasures.How to classify waste effectively has become an urgent problem to be solved.Shenzhen,as one of the first "pilot city for household waste collection",has made some progress in the exploration of waste classification model since 2000,whether in laws and regulations,policies or technical levels.However,there are still a lot of challenges and barriers when participating in the source separation of waste.This paper starts with the work course of waste sorting in Shenzhen's Nanshan District,and analyzes the relevant research status and practical experience at home and abroad by document research and referring to the related information in waste classification standard,government regulation means and behavior guidance.According to the practical situation in Shenzhen,this paper not only makes a comprehensive analysis of the background,conditions,basic situation and operating mechanism of waste classification in Nanshan District,also has a deep understanding of its problems and resistance through such following methods as document research,normative analysis,contrastive analysis and questionnaire survey.Finally,after summing up the relevant experience and analyzing the causality,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward.The research shows that the main problems of the waste classification in Nanshan District are poor publicity effect,bad treatment in waste classification(end control),insufficient capital investment,no effective statistical method,imperfect supervision system,and lower punishment,etc.Based on the threelevels of government,enterprise and individual,the main reasons for these problems are the incomplete policy coverage,ineffectual supervision channels,imperfect execution system,insufficient garbage disposal equipment,low participation rate of enterprises,and weak consciousness of residents.This paper,also from these three levels,offers the following suggestions on the basis of analyzing the problems and summing up the experiences: perfecting laws and regulations,establishing associated execution system,enhancing the capacity of refuse landfill,increasing the collection and disposal way of waste,broadening propaganda method and strengthening publicity efforts,building a long-term supervision mechanism,realizing the marketization of waste reduction,and improving the consciousness of responsibility subject.
