| Thin-Film Transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD)material is a kind of new rapid display material based on semiconductor films switching technology.TFT liquid crystal material has been used in TV,computer,digital camera,projector and mobile screen widely,and TFT liquid crystal display has become the main display mode in the 21st century.Because the intellectual property and core technology have been monopolized by tforeign companies for a long time,Display liquid crystal material has been imported in the past.Therefore it is of great practical significance to develop a new kind of TFT-LCD material.The influences of the main functional groups in the Liquid crystal monomers on the quality and using effects about the monitor have been studied in this topic.Six kinds of Liquid crystal monomers with exceptional properties and new structure have been synthesized based on own intellectual property rights and patent technology.Through a series of processes,such as recrystallization,column chromatography,molecular distillation,decompression distillation,the target compounds with a purity of 99.95%were obtained finally.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by GC-MS and NMR,etc.The results prove that the properties of the target compounds,for example,?n,??,Cp,K,are better than that in the foreign equivalent patent,through further quality testing and physical testing.The performance has reached the standard of liquid crystal monomers in TFT.Based on the above researches,the new liquid crystal monomers were added to mixed liquid crystal materials,in order to test their combination properties.Results show that performances of the mixed liquid crystal materials with new liquid crystal monomers can meet the needs of customers about chromaticity,gamma voltage,response time,contrast ratio,etc.The mixed liquid crystal materials with excellent properties developed in this project has reached the international advanced level,replacing imported products,and obtained a million dollars profits. |
