With the gradual improvement of the development trend of the chemical industry,chemical parks have gradually become a medium for high-quality economic development in my country.However,sudden disasters and accidents often occur in the park,and there are a large number of dangerous sources threatening safe production,and the safety situation is still grim.Only by controlling them from the root cause can we effectively prevent unsafe incidents from happening.Therefore,this paper discusses the risk factors affecting chemical industry parks based on structural equation model.The Python software was used to collect the cases of safety accidents in chemical industrial parks,analyze the commonness of direct and indirect causes leading to accidents,and divide the chemical park into five levels: emergency rescue capability,park safety planning,enterprise safety production,safety supervision and management,and ecological safety.Indicators,as well as 26 secondary indicators such as medical care,fire protection,and site selection.Using Likert’s five-level scoring method,the scale was compiled around the established 26 secondary indicators such as materials,equipment,and fire protection,and the Changqing modern coal chemical industry concentration area was taken as an example.The test method of SPSS22.0 software was adopted to detect the effective scale recovered.The final data show that Cronbach’s α is 0.869,which fully reflects the high reliability of the scale,and the reliability has met the test standard;<0.001,which fully reflects the accuracy of the scale Factor analysis requirements;26 factors were analyzed by principal component analysis,and the factor loadings of the five dimensions were all greater than 0.5,indicating that the 26 indicators did not need to be adjusted.Based on the significant impact of 5 first-level indicators on the safety risk of chemical parks,and 12 assumptions about the mutual influence of each index,the risk assessment model of chemical parks and the impact between the first-level indicators were constructed with the help of AMOS24.0 software.The path model of the relationship,and the fit test of the model is carried out.the estimated p(probability)value of the parameters of all observed variables is less than 0.05,and the CR value is greater than 2,indicating that the hypothesis is established;the final results of the fitted chi-square test value 2/DF are 1.878 and 1.775,neither greater than 2.It shows that the fitting degree of the model is relatively high;the RMSEA values of the initial model are 0.058,0.055,not greater than 0.08,the values of CFI,and IFI are all greater than 0.9,Not less than 0.8,which fully reflects that the initial model can be identified as the final model,and then the results of each path in the model need to be fully explained.The path coefficients of each index are normalized to obtain the weights,and combined with the scores of each index in the scale,a comprehensive evaluation of the Changqing Modern Coal Chemical Concentration Area is carried out.The results show that the overall safety level of the chemical park is 74.36,which is a relatively safe level.It also proposes improvement paths for materials,equipment,detection and protection systems with lower scores.
