The importance of supervision for warehousing and logistics of hazardous chemicals is self-evident,the national standard stipulates that the storage and placement of commonly used hazardous chemicals should be explicitly constrain,and clear requirements for safe distance of hazardous chemicals stacking and storage are put forward,but at present,the relevant departments lack effective monitoring system to monitor the safety distance of hazardous chemicals stacking.First of all,aiming at the shortage of positioning accuracy in UWB technology in warehouse stacking monitoring of hazardous chemicals,a multi reference point vector correction algorithm for virtual force is deduced by arranging reference points.Experiments show that UWB positioning accuracy can be increased from decimeter to centimeter level,which can meet the monitoring and early warning requirements of hazardous chemicals stacking safety distance.Then,this article establishes the safety distance monitoring and warning system of the hazardous chemicals storage stacking,analyzes and designs the overall framework of the system,the physical topology and function modules of the system are analyzed,and uses MFC and OpenGL to develop the system’s upper computer monitoring system.The functions of system management,data collection,logistics management,information inquiry,scene monitoring and five distance warning have been completed to realize the real-time 3D reconstruction visualization of the monitoring environment of the storehouse stacking of hazardous chemicals,and the safe distance of the stacking can be effectively monitored and early warning.The work shows that the safety distance monitoring system based on indoor positioning technology can quickly and effectively monitor and warn the safety distance,restore the storage environment in real time,and improve the safety of the storage and logistics of dangerous chemicals.
