In recent years,with the progress of industrial control and automation technology,industrial production efficiency to a huge rally,the comparison between enterprise competitive advantage gradually through the industrial automation and efficiency ".In the production site of vanadium oxide,the high labor cost and artificial error caused by artificial error caused by the harmful gas factor resulted in higher production cost.Since the PH value of leaching liquid is relatively stable in the production of vanadium oxide,it is necessary to add the PH value of the leaching liquid when the PH value is deviated.The goal of this project is to design a kind of automatic monitoring leachate PH value,and will feedback the leachate PH value to the industrial computer,through the software system to control acid pump dynamic join acid leaching liquid PH adjustment,the leaching liquid PH remained relatively stable,in order to improve the PH value control precision,improve vanadium oxide leaching efficiency and product quality.In this paper,the afd-16 type automatic acid control device is designed and manufactured under the requirements of the technological demand of the vanadium oxide and the requirements of the technological confidentiality,the demand and the control cost.Among them,including "acidity(PH)meter,liquid level sensor" and other key equipment,based on "Visual Basic language" design and establishment of system control software.Based on the principle of feedback control system,this device is designed and manufactured by combining the process of the production process of vanadium oxide to maintain a relatively stable PH value of leaching liquid.On the principle of feedback control,automatic control system is established by leachate PH value of dynamic data collection and feedback of online application in the industrial computer control software to calculate the leaching liquid product,acid filling quantity and a given pump filling speed,on the basis of calculate the charging time.Finally,the injection time is converted into the control signal,and the PH value of the leaching liquid is stable in the range of 5 plus or minus 0.2 by controlling the signal to start/stop the acid pump.Joint debugging and industrial field application shows that through system this paper designed and implemented by the AFD-16 acid type automatic control device can meet the requirements of production field use and has a good technical effect and practicability,not only save the manufacturing cost,artificial cost down 300000 yuan/year,sulfuric acid consumption reduced by 3.7% per unit of production)and meet the requirement of process is confidential,and the production efficiency increased by 4.8%.
