In our daily life,the HSR is playing an increasingly important role.Because of the quick,convenient,comfortable,safe and environmental protection of high-speed railway,it has become an extremely important part of China's transportation.However,at the same time,the safety risk of high-speed railway operation is a problem that must be considered.Safety management has become an important part of high-speed railway operation.Based on this,this paper studies the most important links in the safety risk management of high-speed railway operation,such as safety risk assessment and safety risk prediction,so as to provide a better theoretical and scientific basis for the safe operation of high-speed railway in our country.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:First,through analyzing the knowledge of safety risk theory and based on the management theory of safety risk,it analyzes the safety risk of high-speed railway operation and identifies the safety risk during the operation.From the angle of "people,machine,ring and pipe" Railway safety factors in-depth analysis and mining,so as to build a high-speed railway in our country can be based on the basic characteristics of high-speed railway operational safety evaluation index system.The second is to focus on the safety assessment of high-speed railway operation.By systematically analyzing the influencing factors in the operation process and applying the adaptive features of the methods such as structural entropy method,Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,different methods are applied to high-speed railway operation In different steps of safety assessment,a comprehensive and integrated evaluation method for the safety of high-speed railway operations is constructed.Thirdly,based on chaos theory and artificial neural network,a high-speed railway security risk prediction model is established,which transforms the high-speed rail operational risk prediction into a chaotic time series forecasting problem,and then uses RBF neural network to predict,in order to obtain better prediction results.Fourthly,on the basis of the first three parts,this paper further explores the operation safety management modes and methods of high-speed railway in our country,puts forward the corresponding safety risk management mechanism and puts forward suggestions on the safety management mode.Through the above work,the theory and practice will be better combined to make effective safety risk analysis and management for the safe operation and development of high-speed railway.
