Chirality is one of the basic properties and exists widely in nature.Separation and synthesis of chiral compounds have become an important research field in the field of science.Mesoporous material is a kind of porous material with pore size in the range of 2~50 nm.It has high specific surface area,good thermal stability,good solvent stability,which can be used in many fields,such as chromatographic separation,asymmetric catalysis,selective adsorption and so on.The main works of this thesis are listed as follows:Firstly,chirality,optical resolution,gas chromatographic chiral stationary phases,chiral mesoporous silica etc.were summarized.Secondly,synthesized the three kinds of chiral mesoporous silica characterized by XRD,thermogravimetric analysis and electron microscopy,they were suspended in ethanol respectively and then coated on the inner wall of a capillary gas chromatographic column by a dynamic coating method.The efficiency and polarity of three chiral mesoporous silica capillary columns were evaluated.The experimental results show:(1)HOCMS-column not only possessed better performance for the position isomers,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,linear alkanes,long chain alkanes,Grob's test mixture,aromatic hydrocarbons,but also exhibited good chiral recognition performance for different types of racemic compounds.In addition,the column has short resolution time,high columnar efficiency and high temperature resistance;(2)The chiral SBA-15 capillary column has good separation effect on linear alkanes,linear alcohols,Grob's test mixture,positional isomers and racemate compounds;(3)CNMS-column has a certain chiral recognition ability for six chiral compounds,and has a good separation capability to positional isomers,linear alkanes,linear alcohols,and Grob's test mixture,which prove a new way for the development of GC chiral stationary phases.
