The main works of the thesis are as follows :1.The separation of the chiral compound and the separation mechanism based on the chiral stationary phase was discussed .The development of gas chromatography (GC) and the preparation of the fused-silica capillaries were descried .The application of GC in environment monitoring was presented.2.The inner surface of the capillaries was roughened by precipitating sodium chloride suspension .The columns were coated with polar ,weakly polar,non-polar stationary phases in static method respectively.3.Two cellulose derivatives --cellulose tribenzoate(CTB) and cellulosetrisphenylcarbamate(CTPC) firstly used as GC chiral stationary phases exhibited well film-formability and fine chromatographic property .The open tubular column containing 15% CTB in OV-1701 evaluated a thermo-stability below 177 C and 15% CTPC in OV-1701 below 181 C in GC. A lot of experimental results expressed that column CTB and column CTPC obtained the best column efficiency and chiral resolution power .By studying the selectivity of mixed stationary phases ,as well as comparing with the CTB and CTPC used as individual stationary phase ,the synergistic effects were observed.4.Mixed stationary phases containing of 2,3,6-tri-mentyl- -CD and Valinomycin were investigated in fused-silica capillary .By studying the chromatographic characteristics of the mixture and its selectivity for different chiral compounds and positional isomers as well as comparing with 2,3,6-tri-mentyl- -CD and Valinomycin used as individual stationary phase ,the synergistic effect was observed on mixed stationary phase.5.The separation of had been carried out on mixed stationary phase ( I + II ) ,the experimental results showed that this method is very useful.
