| In today's society,road traffic increasingly serious environmental problems,taking the complex terrain of mountain city as an example,road traffic pollution harm to people's daily life.Many factors affect the status of road traffic environment,city planning is the important one of the factors.In the present study,improve road traffic pollution in the planning angle is less,and did not get enough attention.City planning discipline in the development process and gradually formed the value orientation of sustainable development,evaluation of city planning work so the study of mountainous city road traffic from the perspective of environmental protection,and puts forward the measures of planning and development,and provide reference for city construction and environmental protection,also in line with the values of sustainable development.The writing of this paper,influence of traffic environment relations from the mountain city planning of the initial establishment of planning intervention index of mountain city road traffic based on environmental protection,taking Qingdao city as the research object,based on field research,investigation and data analysis,evaluation of road traffic environment from the angle of the city planning,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,to provide some reference for the mountain city road traffic planning and environmental protection work in the future.Research of the core content of this paper includes: 1)Cognitive basis: The emission characteristics of road traffic pollution,a mountainous city road traffic noise pollution of air;2)Exploring the relationship: Planning and summarize the influential factors of mountainous city road traffic pollution;3)Strategy: From the view of spatial distribution system of macro,meso and micro,and puts forward the planning intervention measures of mountainous city road traffic pollution prevention and control;4)The construction of evaluation system: Puts forward the planning evaluation index system of mountainous city road traffic pollution prevention and control;5)Demonstration: Based on research and investigation on the application of index system to evaluate the planning,road traffic pollution can affect the planning content,find out the existing problems,and puts forward the solving measures.This paper is divided into six chapters:he first chapter: introduction.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of the research were summarized,research summary of domestic and foreign city planning and road traffic pollution prevention and control,and defines the content of the object of study,related concepts,research methods,the research framework.The second chapter: the theoretical basis of the research part.The emission characteristics of air and noise pollution in city traffic,and analysis of mountain city planning and construction of road traffic noise,air pollution characteristics,factors of influence put forward mountainous city road traffic pollution planning.The third chapter: according to the city planning of road traffic pollution,combined with the characteristics of mountain city planning and construction,are put forward planning intervention measures of mountainous city road traffic pollution prevention and control from the macro,meso and micro level.The fourth chapter: by using the analytic hierarchy process,construction of mountainous city road traffic pollution prevention and control planning evaluation index system,as the planning and evaluation of mountainous city road traffic pollution prevention and control standards.The fifth chapter: taking Qingdao city as the research object,through data collection,field investigation,data measurement methods,outlines the nature of city social and economic development,city planning,road construction characteristics,investigating the road traffic noise pollution in the air.With the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system,application programming,summary and analysis of the evaluation results,and put forward the planning proposal.The sixth chapter: conclusion.The main content of this thesis is summarized,points out the deficiency and shortage in the paper. |
