The indexing accuracy plays an important indicator to measure the quality of the spatial position of metallurgy saw blades,which decided serrated cutting quality,more serious impact on the use of metallurgy saw blades.At present,most of the manufacturers have not invested a lot of money for equipment replacement due to the high cost of the special machine tool for machining the saw blade of metallurgical saw.Through the transformation,most manufacturers still use the old manual or semi-automatic milling machine,in order to meet the needs of the metallurgical saw milling machining.But due to the old machine tool,low professional,control system open loop and other reasons,the processed saw blade indexing accuracy is low,the quality is poor.It's difficult to cater to the development of the times.The closed loop control of the rotary table of the milling machine is established with the single chip microcomputer as the controller,the encoder as the detecting element and the stepping motor as the actuating element,through the encoder real-time detection of the rotary table,feedback information to the controller,the controller feedback adjustment signal to the rotary table indexing correction.According to the characteristics of STC89C52 microcontroller with 3 timing counters,absolute position signal of the absolute encoder is converted by A/D,the signal is connected to the microcontroller to process,improve system efficiency and reduce system cost.The two algorithms of compound fuzzy and traditional PID are used to optimize the driving algorithm of stepping motor to improve the motor drive effect.And rely on the SIMULINK simulation module in MATLAB software to simulate the motor control system after the optimization algorithm.The advantage of fuzzy PID algorithm in stepping motor drive is verified.Through the establishment of the closed loop control system and the simulation of the motor control system,the advantages of improving the indexing accuracy of the milling indexing system and the feasibility of the system are verified.
