Gasoline,liquefied natural gas and other dangerous goods are indispensable materials for the country's socio-economic development and production and life.As these goods are usually transported by tank vehicles,the amount of dangerous goods tankers produced is also increasing.Compared with other types of dangerous goods transport vehicles,tankers have problems such as large volume,unstable center of gravity,etc.Therefore,about 70% to 80%of dangerous goods accidents during road transportation are related to tank vehicles.How to reduce or avoid tanker transport accidents is crucial to improve the safety of the entire dangerous goods transport.When collision occurred between tank vehicle and large-size impact vehicle(such as passenger car),due to the difference of impact size and impact energy,tank will cause large deformation and breakage damage due to huge external impact load.Collision is not the main cause of serious consequences.The secondary accidents such as leakage,diffusion and explosion of dangerous goods often cause more serious disasters due to collision,tank rupture and valve damage.Therefore,it is important to grasp the damage and deformation mechanism and failure mechanism of the tank structure during the collision.It is of practical significance to analyze the failure leakage law based on this analysis.In order to study the damage under different conditions of the tank,the finite element software HyperMesh was used to establish the finite element model of passenger cars and tank cars respectively,and the LS-DYNA solver was used to calculate the energy of the collision changes and structural deformation and other characteristics between the tank truck and bus,using the additional mass method to analyze the impact of filling liquid on the impact of the tank and the fracture failure.Based on this,the failure area is estimated based on the basic shape and characteristic parameters of the crash-cracked part of the tank,and the amount of possible leakage is calculated based on the liquid properties.Finally,combined with the simulation results,the optimization measures of the tank structure,as well as the accident emergency rescue and disposal suggestions are proposed.The simulation resultsshow that under full load conditions,under the same contact displacement conditions,the greater the initial impingement velocity,the smaller the deformation area of the tank car tank;according to the displacement cloud diagram to judge the failure range of the tank,and determine the tank critical rupture speed.
