Natural dyes not only have the decorative function,but also have medical and health care effects.They can meet the environmental protection and ecological production requirements as well as the requirements for taking comfort,nature and health care.The parthenocissus tricuspidata is widely distributed in China.It is a kind of good landscaping plant with important ecological significance.They have health care functions and are very good sources of natural dyes.At present,the research on parthenocissus tricuspidata is concentrated in the fields of landscaping,food science and technology,but there is not much research in the field of textile dyeing,and there is great research potential in the field of textile dyeing.In this study,the red dye of parthenocissus tricuspidata was extracted from the parthenocissus tricuspidata red deciduous by means of digestion method,microwave method and ultrasonic methods,and the process in each method was optimized by the single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The stability of dye was analyzed.The wool fabrics were dyed using the extracted dye by direct method and mordant method.According to the K/S value of the dyed fabrics,the optimal dyeing process was obtained by single experiment and the orthogonal experiment.The test of fastness and the optimization of fixation were carried out and the mechanism of dyeing and fixation was analyzed.The main findings are as follows:?1?The extraction effect of microwave method was the optimum.Its optimal extraction process:microwave power 320 W,liquid-feed ratio 38,extraction time 81 s.?2?The optimal mordant process:the mordant concentration 5%o.w.f,the mordant temperature 80?,the time 60 min and pH=5.?3?The optimal color fixing process of EH:the baking temperature 90?,the fixing agent concentration 5 g/L,pH=6,and rolling and fixing are performed once.?4?The main component of red dye in parthenocissus tricuspidata leaves is anthocyanin;In direct dyeing method of the anthocyanin was mainly combined with wool fabric by vander Waals force,hydrogen bond and ion bond,while mainly dyed by the complexation of Ce3+in mordant method;Oxygen crosslinker EH cross-linked with anthocyanins and wool fabrics via epoxy groups to achieve fixation.In this study,the extraction process of the red dye from parthenocissus tricuspidata red deciduous was optimized.The potential use of dyeing wool fabric with parthenocissus tricuspidata red dye as a natural dye was explored.The color fastness of the dyed fabric was improved.This study provided some references for the follow-up related research of parthenocissus tricuspidata leaves dye.
