Camphor tree as a kind of evergreen tree,widely distributed in China and are numerous,rich in natural resources,easy maintenance,the environmental requirements and planting of low cost,has good compatibility with the natural environment and human body.Dyeing textiles with natural dyes from camphor leaves meets people's demand for green environmental protection and health.At the same time,green waste products are effectively used to reduce landfill burning of fallen leaves,which is equivalent to reducing environmental pollution in a disguised way.And camphor leaves used in textile dyeing can make the fabric after dyeing has beautiful color.As part of the alternative or complementary of synthetic dyes,natural dyes to develop some high added value textiles has a broad prospect for development.In this reaserch based on the camphor tree leaves and its natural characteristics of different growth status system,explore the extraction and dyeing craft of camphor leaves natural dyes and functional applications,provide a reference for the widespread use of camphor leaves natural dye in the textile industry.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Fourier transform infrared analysis(FTIR)was used to analyze the structure of Cinnamomum camphora leaves,and the results showed that the chemical structure of Cinnamomum camphora leaves is rich in polyphenols,which indicates when the leaf color changes from green to red as the leaf matures,the chlorophyll content decreases and the anthocyanin content increases.The red leaves contain a high concentration of anthocyanins,as the leaves age and fall from the tree,the leaves color will turn brown and anthocyanin synthesis will slow down.Using water bath and ultrasound two methods to extract three different growth states of camphor leaves(red,green and old leaves)in four different extraction solvents: ethanolic,acetic acid,sodium carbonate and cellulase.The extraction solvent was screened by measuring the absorbance of pigments,the results showed that ethanol,acetic acid and sodium carbonate are both effective solvents for extracting natural pigments from camphor tree leaves.In the water bath extraction,the use of absolute ethanol to extract green leaves works best.Extraction of red leaves with acetic acid has the best absorbance.It is better to use acetic acid and sodium carbonate for extraction old leaves.Ultrasonic extraction is more effective than traditional water bath heating in most cases,and ultrasonic 40 k Hz is more effective than 80 kHz.The extracted camphor leaves dye is used to dye wool and silk fabrics.The lightfastness test of the fabric,washing test and storage experiments show that the color strength of the fabric remains basically the same or shows an increase.Light and pH can induce the color enhancement effect because the phenolic hydroxyl group is abundant in the chemical structure of the leaves.Compared with undyed fabrics,fabrics dyed with natural dyes from camphor leaves have greatly improved UV resistance.(2)Using red leaves of camphor tree as extraction objects,changing the pH value,extraction time,extraction temperature and ultrasonic frequency of the extraction solution during the extraction process,using deionized water for water bath and ultrasonic extraction of red camphor tree leaves,then test the absorbance of the pigment to optimize the extraction craft.The absorbance test results show that the extraction effect is best when the extraction pH value is 3,the extraction temperature is 90 ° C,and the extraction time is 100 min,and ultrasound 80 kHz is more effective than 60 kHz and 100 kHz.Camphor tree red leaves extraction solution has poor acid and alkali resistance stability,general metal ion stability,good high temperature stability,good light stability within 10 h.The wool fibers were dyed with camphor red leaves dye.The wool fibers before and after dyeing were tested by electron microscopy,thermal weight loss analysis and fourier transform infrared analysis,results showed that the surface structure of wool fibers did not change significantly,the scale opening angle of some ultrasonic-dyed wool fibers increased and the surface structure was slightly damaged.The initial decomposition temperature of wool fibers will slightly increased,thermal stability will increase.According to FTIR spectrum analysis,compared with the undyed wool,the dyed wool fiber obviously showed higher absorption strength.(3)The camphor red leaves extraction solution was used as a dye,change the concentration of the dyeing solution,the pH value of the dyeing solution,the dyeing time,the dyeing temperature and the ultrasonic frequency,dye the wool fibers and test the color strength(K / S value),L ~* a ~* b ~* values to optimize the dyeing process.The results show that the dyeing effect is best when the dye concentration is 50% owf,the dyeing p H is 3,the dyeing temperature is 90 ° C,and the dyeing time is 100 min.Ultrasound 100 kHz is more effective than 60 kHz and 80 kHz.The kinetics of dyeing wool fibers from camphor tree red leaves dye was studied by fitting the dyeing rate curve.The results show that the dyeing rate curve conforms to the quasi-secondary model.As the temperature increases,the thermal movement of dye molecules in the dyeing solution strengthens,and the initial adsorption As the rate increases,the half-staining time gradually decreases.At the same temperature,the adsorption effect of ultrasonic dyed wool is better than water bath dyeing.The use of different natural mordants and metal mordants to pre-mordanted dye wool and analyze the effect of mordant by analyzing the color strength(K / S value),brightness and color fastness of the wool after dyeing.The color strength(K / S value)of premordanted wool by mordant and natural mordant is much higher than unmordanted wool,and the color strength(K / S value)of dyed wool gradually increases with the increase in the concentration of natural mordants.Compared to metal mordants,some natural mordants have similar even better effects in improving the color strength(K / S value),brightness,and color fastness of dyed wool.(4)The camphor tree red leaves dye was used to dye unmordanted and ferrous sulfate pre-mordanted wool fabrics for five cycles,and test the absorbance of the dyeing solution after each dyeing cycle,the color strength(K / S value),L ~* a ~* b ~* values,Washing fastness,UV resistance and oxidation resistance of the wool fabric samples.Test results show that the color strength(K / S value)of dyed wool fabrics and the absorbance of dye sloution will decrease with the increase of the number of dyeing cycles,but the decrease is slight,the overall still maintains a relatively balanced value.The values of a ~* and b ~* of all the dyed samples were positive and did not differ much,with similar tones.All dyed samples have good washability and UV resistance,and recycling of the dye liquor almost has no effect on the washability of dyed fabrics.The pre-mordanted samples using ferrous sulfate has stronger UV resistance than unmordanted samples.After five cycles of dyeing,the unmordanted wool samples show a high free radical scavenging rate each time,have excellent antioxidant properties.
