In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, the mining dumptruck increases year by year. the mining dump truck research and application hasbecome one of the frontier and hot issue engineering machinery research. In the themining dump truck vehicle force is the largest and strongest is test axle, especially thedrive axle. Drive axle bearing large, mine bad work environment, road traffic andchangeful aroused people’s concern. In this paper, this topic comes from chongqingjiaotong university and the axle of dajiang university-enterprise cooperation projects, towide-body Driven axle drive axle as the research object, the integrated use of the finiteelement analysis and fatigue life theory, conduct the thorough research to theapplication of wide-bodied riven axle load spectrum.In this paper, the main research work are the following:(1) aiming at the typical working conditions of Driven axle housing analysis and finiteelement analysis, it is concluded that the stress distribution of the typical workingconditions, found that there is a enough safety margin and driven axle housing is theoptimization of the space.(2) Investigate free state and wide-body assembly prestress state Driven axle housing ofmining dump truck vibration mode and frequency, the effects of thickness on thedynamic performance of the bridge shell, based on the analysis of harmonic response ofthe bridge shell, axle shaft and bridge shell resonant frequency relations.(3) determine the road load spectrum acquisition scheme and the rain flow statistics,according to rain flow distribution and the curve on the material s-n curve. Analyzedtheory and design method of fatigue life, under the pulsating load and random load andthe measured load spectrum of the fatigue life of drive axle housing, discuss thefrequency and amplitude of the influence of the fatigue life of the bridge shell.(4)for wide-body mining dump truck optimization model of multidisciplinarycollaborative design optimization approach, determine the optimization algorithm ofmining dump truck optimization. According to the previous analysis, determine theoptimal range and the range of values, according to the optimization constraints andobjective function and corresponding importance of various variables corresponding subject to sensitivity (magnitude), divided into multidisciplinary collaborativeoptimization for drive axle casing.(5)optimized mining dump truck finite element analysis, the result of contrast beforeoptimization, found that the optimized drive axle housing in statics and theimprovement of fatigue life has certain improvement, also meet the requirements ofeach order frequency, optimization model is reliable.
