Highway plays an important supporting role in the sustainable and healthy development of China's economy and society.It is of great significance to ensure the smooth,efficient and stable operation of highway traffic.Emergencies are the main cause of traffic congestion on highways.It is an important research topic in the field of traffic management to detect and eliminate the impact of emergencies on highway traffic operation in time.The current application of emerging technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology has made it possible to detect emergencies in a timely manner,and how to quickly eliminate the impact of emergencies on highway traffic operations after discovery has become a problem that needs to be addressed.This article studies the traffic impact and disposal measures of highway emergencies.The main contents of the thesis are: Analyze and study the duration of the emergency: Using Minitab software tools,analyze the significance of different influencing factors on the emergency response time and emergency disposal time,and take their respective significant influencing factors as independent variables,using Spss software tools,Established its multiple linear regression model,and integrated the two models to obtain a prediction model of emergency duration;The impact of emergencies on the capacity of highways was analyzed and studied: using VISSIM software,the traffic conditions of highways under different emergencies were simulated,and the number of blocked lanes,the duration of emergencies,and the traffic flow in the emergencies were analyzed.The effect of the change in the proportion of large vehicles on the actual capacity of the expressway,and the coefficient of influence of the capacity of the highway in the emergency state is obtained;The effects of different treatment measures to eliminate the impact of the emergency are analyzed and studied: based on the queuing theory,the arrival and departure curves of the vehicles at the event section are analyzed and plotted,and the calculation models of the impact time of the emergency and the delay caused by the emergency are derived under different treatment measures Based on the model,the effects of different treatment measures are analyzed.Finally,combining the cases of highway emergencies,and using the results of the dissertation,the impact of highway emergencies is analyzed,with a view to providing decision-making reference for public security traffic management departments to select targeted treatment measures in response to emergencies.The thesis studies the traffic impact and disposal measures of highway emergencies.These studies are conducive to promoting the theoretical research of highway traffic management inChina;it is helpful to improve the efficiency of emergency management and reduce the time of highway traffic congestion.To serve the sustainable development of our society and economy.
