At present,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China,the land resource utilization is becoming less and less optimistic.The irrational utilization of land in mining areas has aggravated the contradiction between man and land.Under this background,mining land reclamation has important significance for regional economic and social coordinated development and ecological environment,this innovative study by using optimization of reclaimed land based on the concept of low carbon,aims to optimize the land use,to explore the fundamental way to alleviate land resource constraints.Through the research on low carbon optimization of reclaimed land reclamation,one is to determine the direction,provide scientific basis for land use planning;two is to maximize the potential of land resources,land conservation and intensive use of reasonable and effective;three is through low carbon mine reclamation project,sustainable development as the guiding ideology,to ecosystem reconstruction as the ultimate goal,put forward a strong in land reclamation projects and measures,can effectively achieve the purpose of protecting the ecological environment.In view of the low carbon optimization of land use in mining area,this paper puts forward a method which is different from general land reclamation.First,Longhua County in West Poplar Ditch copper polymetallic as typical,respectively,geographical location,natural conditions,social economic status,population,land use situation and land use planning are introduced,and the public will select analysis as a direction of land reclamation direction optimization.Then,through the calculation of carbon emission intensity of land use,to determine the carbon carbon source,carbon sequestration,carbon flux coefficient;research on land use type low carbon emissions,carbon emission reduction and intermediate planning advanced carbon emission reduction carbon recycling was analyzed by direct measurement and indirect measurement method.Through the relationship between the land use type and the reclamation direction,the carbon recycling efficiency directly affects the objective basic elements of the reclamation results,and is also an important process of this study.Then,in order to achieve the maximization of land use as the criterion of comprehensive benefit,put forward different from traditional economic background is important,to ensure ecological benefits including low carbon emissions,at the same time,as far as possible to get economic and social benefit maximization,using multi-objective linear programming method of low-carbon benefit evaluation results of carbon storage to maximize carbon emissions based on the maximization of minimization and carbon sequestration,and consider the impact of economic indicators to determine the optimal land use structure;and prove the policy level and the social level,the efficiency of land use level,the theory and technology of theoretical and practical significance.
