| Recently,much attention has been paid to the construction safety problems,but the safety accident still hasn't been controlled effectively.According to statistics,80% of the accident is caused by the unsafe behavior of the construction workers in the production process of the group and a good safety atmosphere can reduce the unsafe behavior of the workers.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss the mechanism of safety atmosphere of the team in the safety behavior of workers and to improve the safety atmosphere and reduce the unsafe behavior of workers.Based on consulting and analyzing relevant literatures at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of construction team,the paper defines the safety atmosphere characteristics,intension and dimension of the team.Refer to the safety management theory and field investigation results,the paper analyzes the relationship between safety atmosphere,safety consciousness,safety ability and safety behavior of construction workers,and establishes the theoretical model of the influence of safety atmosphere of the team on the safety behavior of construction workers.Exploratory factor analysis was carried out on the initial measurement scale,the measurement items were screened,the formal measurement scale was determined and the questionnaire was compiled.The paper investigated the construction workers in Xi'an by questionnaire,and verifies the theoretical model and the rationality of the hypotheses.The analysis result showed that: the safety atmosphere of construction team is positively related to the safety behavior of construction workers.Among them,safety cognition of team members,team leader behavior and working environment have direct influence on the safety behavior of construction workers,while team members cooperation and communication,safety education,team members safety participation indirectly affects workers' behavior by influencing workers' safety conscious and safety capacity. |
