With the development of the national economy,oil as an important resource of economic development and power,play an important role in national and regional development.The process of pipeline transportation of oil,natural gas and low-boiling liquid is an important research topic in the petroleum industry.The gas-liquid two-phase flow is inevitable in the transportation of oil and gas pipelines.Therefore,it is important to study the gas-liquid two-phase flow significance.The rapid development of the oil industry is increasing the demand for professionals in oil storage and transportation year by year,so among the oil & gas storage and transportation engineering field in college an urgent problem to be solved is to carry out the teaching and training about the gas-liquid two-phase flow.Based on the demand of oil and gas storage and transportation personnel education,this paper designs a set of gas-liquid two-phase flow transport experimental platform under the oil and gas pipelines system setting for teaching experiments and training,on the basis of the related courses of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in oil and gas pipeline transport and with integrated consideration of the safety,economy,reliability and other concerning issues of the experimental equipment.The objects that the set of the platform is designed to stimulate include: gas tanks,storage tanks,pressurized gas stations,oil pump stations,pipes,valves and other main equipment of the oil storage and transportation system.And then the paper does similarity-scale calculation and equipment selection according to the simulated object,then proceeds installation for the entire simulation experimental platform according to the engineering installation standards.On that basis,it designs a compatible Labview-based data acquisition system.The data acquisition system includes the hardware part of data acquisition and transmission,and the software part of communication and data processing,outcome displaying and outputting,etc.Upon the completion of installing and debugging the gas-liquid two-phase flow transport experimental platform of oil and gas storage and transportation,two experiments werecarried out: the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern test and the gas-liquid two-phase flow pressure drop and cross-section liquid content measurement,and the operation performance test of the experimental platform.The main tasks of this paper consist of the following aspects:1.analyze the teaching experiment and training requirements,put forward the overall ideas and design programs of the experimental platform design.2.design the experimental device of the gas-liquid two-phase flow pipeline conveyor system,make the matching selection of the main equipment and parts.3.proceed joint design of the hardware and software of the data acquisition system,determine the hardware parameters and equipment selection of the data acquisition system,bring forth requirement and program to the software system with designing,and test the data acquisition system.4.carry out the joint installing and debugging of the data acquisition system and pipeline transportation system,conduct related experiments integrated with teaching planning.
