With the intensification of global warming, energy saving and emission reduction have become more and more important. The government and companies are paying more and more attention to the development of low-carbon economy. In recent years,B2 C e-commerce has become a fast-growing business model with the characteristics of convenience, economy and rapid response, which also led to the rapid development of the logistics industry.Considering that logistics transportation is one of the major sources of carbon emissions, the development of an efficient,energy-saving,low-cost logistics industry can not only help companies reduce operating costs but also an important manifestation of the social responsibility. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing location-routing problem, and combines the new trends of logistics distribution under the B2 C model, and the background of the rise of low-carbon economy, proposes a location routing integration problem model under low-carbon perspective. The main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:(1)This paper reviews the current research progress, summarizes the current research status and shortcomings of low carbon logistics, and proposes the importance of studying low carbon location routing problem.(2)Establish a location-distribution model in low carbon supply chain under fuzzy demand.Combined with the characteristics in logistics distribution under the B2 C e-commerce mode,a location-distribution model in low carbon supply chain under fuzzy demand was constructed to improve the reliability of decision-making and reduce operational risk.(3)A heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the problem.According to the characteristics of model,a two stage heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the problem, taking into account the concept of space-time distance. The research in this paper further enriches the study on the location routing problem, and provides theoretical support for low-carbon logistics operation. The established model combines the distribution characteristics of B2 C business model, and provides a strong reference value for logistics management decisions.
