Waterborne two-component epoxy coating instead of two-component solvent epoxy coatings used for corrosion protection of ship,transportation,industrial protection and other fields will significantly reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds,is conducive to protect the environment,therefore,in recent years the development of waterborne epoxy resin and curing agent has attracted much interest.In this paper,a two affinity compound was synthesized from polyether amine and epoxy resin E51.As an emulsifier of epoxy resin E20,the waterborne epoxy emulsion was prepared by phase inversion method.The polyether amine L200 and epoxy resin E51 emulsifiers,spectrum analysis of the structure through infrared spectrum and NMR,studied different hydrophilic content and stability of epoxy emulsion particle size effect,different emulsification temperature on epoxy emulsion particle size and stability,and discussed with different polyether the synthesis of amine emulsifier in the same content of hydrophilic dispersion particle size and stability influence.When emulsifier E20 synthesized with polyether amine L200 and epoxy resin E51,the emulsion stability is good and the average particle size is about 362 nm when the hydrophilic content is 14%.Then to benzene two methylamine,epichlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide at a certain molar ratio under the condition of preparation to the compound,with two ethanol amine and butylene glycol two glycidyl ether adduct of the adduct capping modification,increased adduct solubility in water,water of non ion water epoxy curing agent.By IR and NMR structure of curing agent was characterized on the blocking rate of benzene two methylamine,epichlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide as the molar ratio of 2:1:1 under the conditions of preparation and a water soluble appearance and film effect,reaction temperature influence,on the synthesis of molar ratio of reactants on adduct influence inspect.When the molar ratio of reactants is 2:1:1,the polymerization temperature is 50~60,the sealing rate is 50%,the curing agent has good water solubility,and the drying time of paint film is short,and the apparent effect is good.Finally,the comprehensive performance of the film was texted.The emulsion is a polyether amine L200 and epoxy resin E51 adducts of nonionic waterborne epoxy emulsifier for the different content of hydrophilic dispersion;curing agent is selected to benzene two methylamine,epichlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide molar of 2:1:1 synthesized adducts of A and butyl glycol two glycidyl ether and the synthesis of ethylene glycol amine adduct terminated by B curing agent for the rate of 50%,different epoxy emulsion and curing agent were mixed evenly.The effects of different film forming AIDS and additives on the properties of varnish varnish were studied.The effects of emulsion and curing agent on the properties of varnish varnish were studied according to the different epoxy ratio and amine hydrogen ratio,and the influence of hydrophilic content on the performance of paint film was discussed.The large molecular structure after curing was analyzed by infrared spectrum,and the thermal stability of the film after curing was detected by thermogravimetric analysis.When the hydrophilic emulsion content is 14%,with propylene glycol phenyl ether as solvent and adding 3% epoxide and amine hydrogen molar ratio is 1.1:1,for a long period of varnish,paint film has good comprehensive properties,the film hardness up to 3H,water 30 d,sodium hydroxide 10% resistance 30 d,resistant to 10% sulfur acid 5d.
