Gas accident is one of the most serious disasters in the process of coal mining.The study of gas occurrence law provides a guiding basis for preventing gas accidents and ensuring the safety of underground production,and has a certain reference value for the active adoption of gas prevention and control measures.The phenomenon of gas abnormal gushing in the production process of 518 fully mechanized mining face in the two level and two mining area of Dong mining branch,in order to solve the unsafe hidden danger caused by the mine because of the gas,has been studied in this paper and the corresponding prevention and control measures are taken.Dong mine two mining area of two level in 518 fully mechanized coal face gas in the production process there are abnormal emission phenomenon,to solve the potential safety hazard of the mine because of gas produced,the paper studies the Methane Occurrence Law and take corresponding measures of prevention.Using IACA and BP neural network,the prediction model of gas emission based on IACA-BP is constructed,and the prediction error of BP model,ACA-BP model and IACA-BP model is compared,and the prediction accuracy of IACA-BP is the highest in the three models,and the error is the least.In view of the current situation of large amount of gas emission in 518 fully mechanized coal mining face,the gas extraction of coal seam,roof and goaf has been adopted by underground moving gas extraction equipment,and good results have been achieved,and some auxiliary technical measures are taken to strengthen gas prevention,mainly through the key areas,reasonable ventilation and supervision of vassal prevention and control.Gas prevention is carried out in monitoring and monitoring.Through the analysis of " person,machine,material,method and surrounding " in 518 fully mechanized mining face,5 safety management measures are established to prevent gas accidents.
