With the shortage of global resources and the aggravation of ecological environment,green development and sustainable development have become the theme of the times.Machine tools are the most important processing tools in the manufacturing process of our country,and its energy consumption is very high in the process of production and processing,but its energy utilization is not high,so that is very bad for the protection of the ecological environment in China.In view of the high energy consumption in the processing of the key parts of typical machine tools,the specific cutting/grinding energy and energy efficiency of the key parts of typical machine tools are studied.At the same time,the corresponding database system is developed.First,the energy consumption source and the machining state of the machine tool are analyzed.Starting from the state power in the process of testing,the energy consumption,the specific cutting/grinding energy and the energy efficiency of machine tools are analyzed and calculated,and the measured calculation model is established.Through setting up the test platform of energy consumption,and taking the experiment of plane grinding as an example,the correctness of the measured calculation model is verified,and the conclusion is analyzed that the most obvious change of the specific grinding energy can be changed by changing the feed speed of the workpiece,and the most obvious change of the grinding efficiency is changed by the change of the grinding depth.Starting from the empirical regression model of energy consumption and processing parameters,the theoretical prediction model of machine tool processing energy consumption,specific cutting/grinding energy and energy efficiency is obtained.Its correctness is established and verified by the existing energy consumption test platform,and the example of cylindrical turning and plane grinding.Then,the energy consumption test experiments of different processes are carried out on the Longmen planer,the digital horizontal milling and boring machine and the universal lifter milling machine to discuss the effect of different machine tools on the energy efficiency of machine tools based on the existing energy testing platform and energy efficiency measurement calculation model and the production process of the headstock box a camshaft grinding machine of the enterprise.Therefore,it is concluded that the rational energy source of machine tools and the strategy of auxiliary equipment start and stop can improve the energy efficiency of machine tools and achieve the purpose of saving energy.Finally,based on research above,a typical database system for specific cutting/grinding energy of key parts of machine tools has been developed based on software of C++Builder 6.0 as a system development tool and combined with database system software of SQL Sever 2008.The database system is designed in detail from the aspects of system requirements,framework,function,process,background database and so on.At the same time,the operation steps and interface design of the database system are described in detail and illustrated with examples.
