China is a major producer and exporter of textile products.However,compared with textile enterprises in some developed countries,Chinese textile companies do not have an advantage in terms of production automation,production efficiency,and production management.Although some domestic textile enterprises have already carried out automation transformation,there is still a problem of low automation.In order to improve the competitiveness of China's textile industry in the international arena,China's textile companies are also seeking breakthroughs in the application of computer technology.This article takes the textile workshop production process parameter detection as the research object,uses the wireless sensor network technology,designs and realizes the textile workshop production process parameter detection network system.The main tasks of this article are:First,the parameters to obtain,the system required data is mainly the rotation speed of textile machinery,spinner wheel ring speed and workshop temperature and humidity;by comparing the existing several speed detection program,combined with the subject requirements and production site conditions,choose a suitable The rotation speed measurement program and temperature and humidity measurement program of the rotary shaft are designed to apply to the sensor of the spinning speed of the spinning frame;Second,Combine the production site conditions,and appropriately improve the original ZigBee routing protocol according to the insufficiency of the original ZigBee routing algorithm,and then compare the original routing protocol and the improved routing protocol through NS2;Third,the design and implementation of the system,including the design and implementation of the hardware node,the design and implementation of the host computer and the lower computer program,the completion of the system to build;in the field test system operation is normal and stable,can complete the textile workshop production process parameter testing;The textile production process parameter detection network system put forward in this paper has been initially verified by combining the actual conditions on the site,confirming its feasibility and effectiveness,and a networked system for the detection of production process parameters in the textile workshop,which can effectively improve textile production efficiency.Reduce waste of raw materials,reduce labor costs,and make it easier for business managers to manage production scheduling,thereby improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
