For injection mold enterprises,quotations are the basis for reaching an order with customers.The rationality of the quotations directly affects the development of mold enterprises.With the development of the mold industry,DFM rapid design has become more and more mature,and gradually in more enterprises to be used.The DFM rapid design is a rapid design for manufacturing.In the DFM rapid design,forming parts,casting system and cooling system structure has been basically determined.In the DFM rapid design results under the injection mold price estimates,both the reality of the enterprise needs,but also to grasp the key factors in mold price estimates to improve the efficiency and accuracy of price estimates.Based on the DFM design results,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current quotation method,introduces the feature recognition technology and bounding box technology into the mold quotation,and analyzes the mold price evaluation method based on DFM rapid design.Combined with DFM rapid design system,the DFM rapid design results are analyzed,and a quotation model based on DFM rapid design is proposed.Based on the DFM design results,the estimation model and method of Manufacturing cost,material cost and design cost are analyzed,and the price evaluation process under DFM rapid design is put forward.The Manufacturing time estimation process based on machining feature is analyzed in detail.The feature recognition algorithm technology based on graph and rule are applied to the identification of basic features and Manufacturing features,the feature recognition algorithm is studied deeply,and the mapping of basic features to Manufacturing features is completed.The calculation model of all kinds of working hours is analyzed,and the model is further optimized.Based on the model of machining hour calculation,the parameter extraction technology of machining characteristics is analyzed deeply,and the machining hour estimation of CNC machining,EDM,deep hole drilling and wire cutting is completed.The material cost estimation process based on the minimum bounding box is analyzed in detail.By using the minimum bounding box technology into the blank calculation of the molded parts,the AABB,OBB,AABC and SEC bounding box algorithms are explored and improved to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the blank calculation.Based on the above research,the injection mold quotation system was developed on the UG platform,and the quotation system as verified by the example of parts.
