Development Of Injection Mold Teaching Aids For Vocational Education Mold Manufacturing Course

Mold industry is the basic industry of the national economy,is the key industry recognized internationally,is an important index to measure the level of a country's manufacturing industry.As an important part of the injection mold industry,its manufacturing process is an important factor affecting product quality,economic benefits and new product development.Driven by the continuous development of industry,the comprehensive promotion of CAD/CAE technology has become the general trend of injection mold development.This paper introduces the research status and development trend of injection molding technology at home and abroad,as well as the related factors that affect the injection molding technology,and focuses on the design and manufacturing process analysis of small cap plastic injection mold.Mainly use UG NX12 software for 3D modeling of plastic parts,small cap plastic injection mold for plastic mold processing simulation analysis,through the setting of relevant process parameters programming processing optimization.Through the analysis of the processing technology of small cap plastic injection mold,the parts programming and the optimization of processing parameters were studied.The results show that the optimized processing technology greatly shortens the processing time and simplifies the working procedure.It has important reference significance and good application value for the mold manufacture of this kind of product.These knowledge will provide the relevant reference basis for the mold manufacturing of other products.At the same time,the development of mould teaching AIDS has increased the teaching means for mould manufacturing specialty courses.
