Study On Governance Of Government In Environmental Pollution

As a resource and a populous country,the governance of environmental pollution is not only related to the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China,but also affects the survival and development of every citizen.In today's increasingly severe environmental pollution situation,the local government as the responsible person and executor in the process of environmental pollution governance,studying its governance behavior is conducive to the modernization of environmental pollution control ability and governance level.However,in the specific practice process,the local government has the problems of its own governance capacity and the low efficiency of external linkage governance.How to further improve local government's governance capacity and governance of environmental pollution is a problem worthy of our attention and reflection.Based on the institutional arrangement of China's environmental pollution control,this paper analyzes the responsibility of local governments to take responsibility for the governance of environmental pollution and the realistic basis for taking responsibility for governance.Shihezi City,Xinjiang,is the main research object,and the results achieved in the treatment of environmental pollution are adopted.Combating the current situation and analyzing the internal governance deficiencies and external governance dilemmas in the governance of environmental pollution in Shihezi City,and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of domestic and foreign local governments in managing environmental pollution.Applying governance theory,game theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures for the governance of environmental pollution in Shihezi from four aspects: governance concept,governance,governance,and governance.This research has great theoretical value and practical significance for improving the ability and level of environmental pollution control in Shihezi City and building a beautiful border city with beautiful environment and clear green water.
