Home security concerns the vital interests of the people.Doing a good job in housing safety management plays an extremely important role in improving the urban environment,protecting people’s life and property safety,improving citizens’ quality of life,maintaining social harmony and stability,and promoting economic development.In recent years,there have been many house collapses across the country,causing huge losses of life and property and bad social impact.The occurrence of these problems is not related to the lack of supervision,and the lack of information technology is also an important reason for the low efficiency of management,prevention,early warning,and emergency response.Aiming at problems such as lack of data in the process of housing safety management,lack of early warning and prevention methods for security incidents,lack of timely emergency response,and inadequate management,a housing information security management dynamic information system based on GIS and BIM models was established to track the whole life cycle events of the house.Management and scientific decision-making,improve people’s sense of security in terms of living needs,make the city more livable and better.The Zhenjiang City Housing Safety Management Dynamic Information System introduced in this paper provides a new method for housing safety management: Internet-based,multi-level,distributed,and collaborative management;based on a space-time database,to achieve "time and space consistent" and "graphic and text integration","Content comprehensive" data unified and centralized management;based on GIS and BIM,to achieve "to map management room" and visualization operations;based on big data analysis,the establishment of housing security early warning mechanism for decision support for emergency response.This project is an important part of the construction of a smart city,and the results can provide demonstrations and lessons for the construction of other subsystems in smart cities.Based on the B/S structure and using GIS and VR technologies,the system realizes the spatial visualization of spatial distribution,external features and internal structure of houses,overcomes many technical problems of Web applications,and has a leading position in the industry.The system is fully functional,easy to expand,easy to deploy,easy to learn and use,and can be applied and promoted throughout the country.It is expected to achieve better results.
