In modern society,people are faced with challenges such as work,family and emotion at any time,and the stress of life is more and more serious.The symptoms of insomnia and anxiety are seriously endangering people's physical and mental health.Therefore,the development of medicine for nourishing heart and peace is more and more urgent.At present,the treatment of insomnia of Western medicine has some side-effects and dependences.In recent years,the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat insomnia is not uncommon,and the study of sedative,hypnotic effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is also carried out.Acanthopanax?also called Wujiasen?is the perennial deciduous shrub of Araliaceae.As a medicinal and edible plant,Acanthopanax senticosus roots,stems,leaves and fruits can be eaten,and there is a long tradition of eating them in the area of its origin.Its tender stems are not only one of the best wild vegetables to be eaten by Liaodong people,but also the excellent raw materials for the new type of health food.It is rich in nutrition,containing flavonoids,sugar,calcium,vitamin C,vitamin B2,sodium,iron and zinc,manganese,and other trace elements.According to the books of traditional Chinese medicine,acanthopanax senticosus has the effect of improving the immune function of the body,which has the function of relieving fatigue,regulating the central nervous system and cardiovascular system.In the research,the extraction technology of Acanthopanax senticosus fruit was studied with the method of orthogonal test.Taking the material to the liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times as the investigation factors,the extraction rate of total saponins as the detection index component,the extraction method of Acanthopanax senticosus fruit is optimized.The experimental results show that the extraction rate of total saponins was the highest when the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10,the extraction time was 2h,and the extraction was 2 times.Meanwhile,the preparation technology of the oral liquid of Acanthopanax senticosus fruit is optimized.In this study,we collected wild Acanthopanax fruit in Changbai Mountain,which was used to determine the content of 6 components of its oral liquid with the method of RP-HPLC.They are protocatechuic acid,syringin,chlorogenic acid,Eleutheroside E,isofraxidin and quercetin rhamnoside.As a result,the method of determining the content of the oral liquid of Acanthopanax senticosus fruit was established in the test.The aroma composition of oral liquid of Acanthopanax senticosus fruit was analyzed with the method of GC-MS.The results showed that the aroma component of the oral liquid is mainly the alcohol,which accounts for 35.04%of total contents,the esters are 4.88%,there are also some dextral spathulenol limonene,some sesquiterpenes.According to the requirements of"health food test and evaluation technical specif ications"?2003 Edition?,the test of Acanthopanax fruit oral liquid is designed to impro ve sleep function.Experimental results show that,Acanthopanax fruit oral liquid can sig nificantly prolonged the sodium pentobarbital sleeping time,collaborative subthreshol d dose of sodium pentobarbital hypnosis and effective shortening barbital sodium slee p incubation period,at the same time do not have the effect of directly result in a slee p.Experiments have shown that Acanthopanax fruit oral liquid has the effect of improvi ng sleep,and the results of this test provide some theoretical basis for the developmen t of the Acanthopanax fruit oral liquid.
