With the rapid development of social economy,the change of residents'way of life has increased the production of household garbage which causes more and more serious environmental pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to realize the harmlessness of garbage disposal.Generating power by waste incineration is the most reliable technology for the disposal of garbage,which is used to realize the resource,reduction and harmless treatment of garbage.To improve the energy efficiency in the process of waste incineration and reduce the formation of secondary pollutants and its emission is an important subject to be solved,which is of great significance to the development of power generation by waste incineration technology.Based on the Guangyuan municipal solid waste incineration power generation project,this paper optimizes the waste incineration and power generation system.Reciprocating hydraulic mechanical furnace waste incinerator is optimized.The ratio of the first wind and secondary wind is designed reasonably,and the promotion and turnover frequency of the waste incineration furnace are set up reasonably.Meanwhile,the waste feeding mode is strictly controlled to ensure the full stability of combustion.Combined with economy and system comprehensive performance,a boiler which is at medium temperature and voltage parameters?400?,4MPa?is adopted and a N12-3.80/390 type of medium voltage condensing steam turbine with a QF-12generator is chose in preference.The flue gas purification process which contains“SNCR process+dry method+semi-dry combination process+bag filter”is optimized.The multistage progressive processing technology greatly ensures high emission standard of flue gas.On the basis of optimization design,the device has been tested and evaluated for the completion of construction acceptance,and the stability and reliability of the system are analyzed.The power generation by waste incineration system is optimized by running and debugging.The electricity generated by unit tons of waste and the Internet power are371.3 kW·h and 303 kW·h respectively,which is 8.2%higher than the basic generating capacity of the industry.In the daily operation process of flue gas purification system,the oxygen content in flue gas is 11.6%,the blackness is less than 1,the particle concentration is 6.51mg/m3,HCl emission concentration of 5.1mg/m3,the dioxin emission concentration is 0.073ngTEQ/Nm3,and concentration of SO2 and NOXemissions are 8mg/m3 and 153mg/m3 separately.Therefore,the pollutant emission concentration is better than the EU2000 emission standard.The optimized waste incineration thermal system and flue gas purification process both improve the efficiency of waste incineration and reduce secondary pollutant emission.
