Intelligent well technology has obvious advantage in improving reservoir management,increasing recovery factor of oil&gas and optimizing manufacturing efficiency, which canimprove the status of domestic oilfield exploitation. However, the research on intelligent welltechnology is in a fledging period.This paper mainly studies the down-hole interval inflow control system. Firstly, thestructure and working principle for all-electric InCharge system is discussed, then theintelligent production regulat’ors structure and working principle are explained in depth,which have a reference value in independently design of the intelligent well system with thesmall borehole.According to the requirement of intelligent well system, the direct hydraulic drive ICVand optical fiber measurement is designed, which can be applied in7" borehole.Meanwhile, the overall scheme of system, the installation of the down-hole string structure,the power system, and the hydraulic system’s process,automatic measurement and PLCcontrol, installation and equipment layout designed work were completed. Through the virtualsimulation, we verify the rationality of the scheme design and the scheme met the designrequirements.There is large number of5〃-51/2〃 boreholes in oil field, for the problem that lots ofHydraulic lines occupy the oil well’s spaces, which result in the difficult of tripping indown-hole, all electric underground fluid intelligent control system between the layers wasdesigned.The thesis also designs the scheme of all-electric ICV, the structure of the ICV, ICV driveand control system and down-hole temperature and pressure measurement circuit. By doingthe work above, principled sample machine to conduct the functional experiment is made andran, test result shows that it can control ICV open/close function and achieve the goals. So, itcan provide reference for study the electric intelligent well system.
