Study Of The Water Environmental Planning For Gualv Lake In Zengcheng District Of Guangzhou

Since China's reform and opening up,the earth surface and stream network have been changed greatly due to adjustment of industrial structure and the development of city construction as the rapid economic development,which lead to the pollution of aquatic environment,the damage to the natural environment,the impact to the living quality of citizens and finally the restriction to the development.In recent years,climate change,caused by human activities to a great extent,have led to the more frequent occurrence of concentrated rainfall and rainstorm.The large impact and persistance of rainfall result in the urban flood disaster,which cause great damage to urban area where assemble most population and fortune.In this article,the relationship between urban development and river system evolution was discussed from the macroscopic point of view through analyzing the connection of river system and its distribution and the theory of water security pattern.The improvement of aquatic environment is carried out mainly through sewage interception project,natural degradation and diversion work.The rainwater control is implemented through initial rainwater interception,rainwater treatment and rainwater utilization.water security pattern integrates the theories of flood control and drainage,storm water management and low impact development.The Gualv late program was studies in this article.Based on the essential data,the geographic and geomorphic conditions,the landscape planting and the program of Sponge city of Guangzhou,the construction of Gualv ecological new town was proposed,and thus the ecological and water resource planning is required.The planning is consist of initial rainwater control,rainwater management and flood control and drainage.The regulating storage tank and regulating wetland were utilized in the initial rainwater control planning.Rain penetration and rainwater collection were performed in the rainwater management.The flood control and drainage was carried out through regional planning.The construction of Gualv area was now at the preliminary stage,thus the framework and contents of the planning is very important for the new town development.Therefore,this article will provide critical suggestions for the construction of Gualv area.
