There are many petroleum chemical enterprises gathering in Chemical Industry Park(or chemical cluster).Numerous and various substances of flammable,explosive and toxic are prone to causing cascading effects on many kinds of natural disasters or industrial accidents,expanding the consequences of the accident,exacerbating the vulnerability of Chemical Industry Park.Further research on vulnerability assessment and partition technology based on coupled multi-hazard in Chemical Industrial Park contributed to prevent and reduce losses caused by multi-hazard accidents in Chemical Industry Park.The main contents are as follows:(1)The characteristics and theoretical analysis of the vulnerability of Chemical Industry Park.From the connotation of vulnerability,the related concepts of vulnerability were defined and the relationship between risk and vulnerability was analyzed.The types of natural disasters and industrial accidents that might be applied to Chemical Industry Park,and the degree of losses caused by different disaster intensity to bearing bodies were analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of Chemical Industry Park,the types of bearing bodies in Chemical Industrial Park were divided.The theory of vulnerability was introduced,and a vulnerability calculation model for Chemical Industrial Park was built,the vulnerability and evolution process of Chemical Industrial Park were analyzed.(2)The coupling relationship and model construction of multi-hazard in Chemical Industry Park.Through the statistical analysis of chemical accident induced by natural disasters,the characteristics of coupling relationship between natural disasters and industrial accidents were identified.Based on the complex network theory,the relationship of direct and indirect events among disaster effects was discussed,and a coupled multi-hazard mathematical model in Chemical Industry Park was built,and a kind of chain cutting disaster mitigation mode based on important degree of network nodes was proposed.(3)The construction of vulnerability assessment model in Chemical Industry Park based on the coupled multi-hazard.Based on the cellular automata(CA)theory model,a new neighborhood division method of irregular neighborhood CA which was more close to the actual geographic scene was proposed.The CA model and the characteristics of coupled multihazard in Chemical Industrial Park were integrated,and the specific characteristics of vulnerability assessment models were defined.A quantitative model of Chemical Industrial Park was built,which was suitable for the vulnerability assessment under the influence of coupled multi-hazard in Chemical Industrial Park,and the corresponding model solving method was proposed.(4)The development of vulnerability partition platform of coupled multi-hazard in Chemical Industrial Park.Through analyzing the characteristics of CA model and GIS technology,the vulnerability partition technology based on CA-GIS model was proposed.Applying ArcGIS and Mapbox Studio,the B/S architecture platform was developed.Using Visual Studio technology and SQLite lightweight database,the capability of vulnerability partition technology was achieved.Both the rapid solving of vulnerability in Chemical Industry Park under the influence of single disaster and coupled multi-hazard and visualization of vulnerability level were realized,which has important reference significance to vulnerability assessment under the influence of coupled multi-hazard in Chemical Industrial Park,regional planning,emergency management and disaster prevention and mitigation.
