With the rapid development of China's chemical industry and the production of hazardous chemicals and chemical enterprises in densely populated areas,and the implementation of the removal policy of storage sites,chemical industry parks have gradually become an inevitable trend in promoting the intensification and sustainable development of China's chemical industry.However,there are still many problems in China's chemical industry parks,such as large number,high concentration of The material energy,high requirements for process conditions,unreasonable project layout,etc.plus combined with China is a country with frequent natural disasters.Earthquakes,typhoons,lightning and other disasters are easy to be occurred.The frequency and consequences of accidents in the Chemical Industry Park are coupled with each other.However,the current safety assessment of chemical industry parks is mainly based on the assessment of specific risk sources in the park,and to some extent ignores the coupling effects of multi-hazards on chemical park safety risk assessment.This thesis introduces the concept of multi-hazard coupling concept into the research field of chemical park safety risk assessment.Firstly,the research status of chemical park safety risk assessment at home and abroad is briefly summarized in the introduction part,and combined with the research process of cross-coupling of accidents and multiple disasters in chemical industrial parks.On the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of multi-hazard coupling in chemical parks,the risk coupling related evaluation indicators of chemical parks are extracted.Based on the classification and stratification of coupling indicators,the safety risk assessment methods of chemical parks under the coupling of multiple disasters in chemical parks are further discussed.To a certain extent,it can solve the problem that the impact of multi-disaster coupling is easily neglected in the safety risk assessment of chemical industrial parks,and improve the rationality and accuracy of safety risk assessment in chemical parks.Based on the discussion of safety risk assessment technology of chemical industrial parks at the present stage,the research results are applied to the safety risk assessment of chemical industrial parks on the basis of introducing the concept of multi-disaster coupling.Based on the risk acceptance criteria,the site selection safety and surrounding land planning of chemical industrial parks under the influence of multidisaster coupling risks are analyzed,and the allowable standards for site selection safety control of chemical industrial parks can be used to guide the site selection safety of chemical industrial parks and the planning and control of surrounding land.On the basis of the above research,taking the Nangang chemical industrial park as an example,the application of safety risk assessment method under multi-hazard coupling is applied to the engineering application analysis.From the perspective of risk management in the park,the overall risk of the Nangang chemical park is discussed.Starting from the related research on safety planning,this thesis evaluates the regional layout planning of site selection of enterprises and surrounding land planning in the Nangang chemical industrial park.It provides reference for the prevention of coupling accidents in chemical industrial parks and the improvement of risk analysis,disaster prevention and relief management.
